Went here to get a replacement phone for the phone I lost, I knew we paid extra each month for something like insurance, when I asked the guy, he told me we did not have insurance and would have to buy a new phone. We DID have insurance (PHP) He just wanted to make a sell. 300 dollars not needed to be spent because metro is a bunch of liars and cheats.

It was okay. They just need to not try and service more then one person when it's two of them and one is in training. That irritated me. I was the first one there and she kept stopping to help the one in training.

Rude disrespectful people who work here. They will over charge even if a promotion is running. If you are black do not support these rude Asian and Hispanic people here.

The staff there was very unhelpful. My mother needed her phone replaced and that it not even bothered to find out why. Spoke with someone named Caesar who did nothing to help other than refer me to customer service. Them spoke with the store owner by the name of Chan who was very rude and abrupt because I was dissatisfied with the service. A week later my mother still does not have her phone. I eventually filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to Chan's store and the HORRIBLE service.

MetroPCS was me and my family's Cell Phone Provider for almost 8 years. I really loved the service. I used to come to this store and the staff were very nice and friendly. They were very polite.
