When I bought money Nakia x100. I got a protective cover Now screensaving protector, they put it on and I showed them my hairline cracking it without even touching it, The girl who put it on showed it to the personnel and back an oriental woman And they blame me for the crack without me even touching my phone. That's how they do at the Abrams store near Forest Lane

I have been a metro customer for over 7 years and i love the service even after metro joint T-Mobile. But my experience today with Mr Luis at the Forest/Abrams road location made me think of switching my service provider. He was extremely rude and was laughing about it like something was funny. It will be beneficial if Mr Luis participate in a customer service training to better his skills.

I have never had so many problems with metro as I had on Friday January 6.First of all I've always paid my bill online with no problem amd Inwent there to get new Sim card that's all..But today.Agent told me that it would take up to 72 hours to resolve the problem and somehow they couldn't fix problem. Over the phone..They were two people there a man and woman they are horrible and Rude.They treated me so bad. Bad customer seevice
