I have never had so many problems with metro as I had on Friday January 6.First of all I've always paid my bill online with no problem amd Inwent there to get new Sim card that's all..But today.Agent told me that it would take up to 72 hours to resolve the problem and somehow they couldn't fix problem. Over the phone..They were two people there a man and woman they are horrible and Rude.They treated me so bad. Bad customer seevice

I have been a metro customer for over 7 years and i love the service even after metro joint T-Mobile. But my experience today with Mr Luis at the Forest/Abrams road location made me think of switching my service provider. He was extremely rude and was laughing about it like something was funny. It will be beneficial if Mr Luis participate in a customer service training to better his skills.

I had the worst experience and I never leave reviews. I feel I must leave this review to tell you to turn back and don't take your money or time to this business. The employees seem to take more time reading and playing with their phones if and when they decide to peel their eyes away from their phones to speak with you. These employees I encountered on the day I went to speak with them after purchasing the service and ask some questions to only have them answered in a condescending order.I am speaking of the short little man with the goatee he's trying to grow which was very condescending to me. The short young little girl and the red haired chick which was really hostile. The short little guy told me that he was not listening to a question when I was speaking to the little girl in question. It's very funny he was listening when he wanted to.He came out matter of factly to tell me he did not hear a single word and he was not helping me ma'am. Kept saying ma'am many times. I am a woman with money and I have taken my business elsewhere due to these horrific employees. By the way there was one elegant woman which must have been the manager that took the time of day to answer any questions and be polite. Take your money elsewhere do not go to this store they are all franchise. And I was a new customer. I will never use MetroPCS or this store again.

I went to activate a phone and buy a sim card the young girl that waited on me could barely work on my phone her nails were about 5" long I paid 33.00for the sim card and then after messing with it for a long time she said she couldn't get it to work and would not give me my money back said all sales were final!
