Always read reviews of places before doing business with them..i wish I did because this location is a farce and a scam. They don't do right by the community they're serving here and infiltrated to take advantage of the lack of knowledge.Do not come here..Jason & others will try to put hidden charges on your account & finagle you into getting other devices. Do not trust them nor allow them to negotiate anything with you.I will post pictures of said individuals the next time I go up there so everyone can see the criminals.A black woman came in there saying they sold her an iPad and didn't put service on it yet tried to access her device from their computers.This place and the ratings are misleading..do not trust this place. I would suggest going to a metro that's not in low income areas because they will try to take advantage of the poor & uninformed.

Horrible store never give a receipt & the new people working their be annoying they try and force you to get the stuff they want even after you say no they keep on bugging the other people that where their before were better.

This place is horrible I been to other Metro stores and all of them surpass their service the agent there hispanic is very rude and do not explain what he is doing and charges you what he wants be aware check your changes on your account before you leave this store. They not even polite or thankful specially that hispanic guy that works there. He was charging me almost $200 dollars ($196 exactly)when I only was supposed to pay only $135 monthly had to call costumer service to fix it. If you decide to go to MetroPcs go to another store I advice you the service sucks there and they hardly acknowledge you.

This was the worst customer service and they need better communication skills
