Terrible service, they told me that my cell phone was not locked and I decided to change companies and now they tell me that my cell phone IS locked and they cannot unlock it unless I pay them for 6 more months of service. Now I am left with a $250 cell phone that is useless to have a line except with them.They must train their staff not to give incorrect information.I DO NOT recommend Metro by t mobile, there are cheaper companies, with better coverage and better customer service.

I was there to buy another charger to replace the one that was bought for a friend who is paralyzed on one side in less than two months. I understand later that I should have been given an option to buy the charger where you can just lay the phone on it to charge. This would have prevented her from damaging the charger by pulling it out with one hand

Horrible service. Walked in to see what phone's we could get on a family plan and we were told there was only one phone we could get. They didn't give us any options.
