I am a MetroPCS customer and have been for only 3 months. I pay my bill on time and in full. I have unlimited talk, text, and data. One day I tried texting a friend and nothing. I tried calling, nothing again. I thought maybe I forgot to pay my bill so I called the 611 number and paid it. Then the automated voice came on and said I have a new number. I have had only one number for over 30 years. I had to go to work so after work I went to MetroPCS and asked wat was going on, the employee called xndbthey told him my service had been cancelled due to over use of my fone. He was shocked. He had never heard of that. Neither had anyone else I talked to. So now They will not let me have my fone number back. They took of ne to go to my original provider who issued the number and they can reissue it. That isn't true.metropcs has control over it now. I have been on the fone for hours a day trying to get the corporate office to find out why they say I use my fone too much. I own my fone. I have no contract with them. And I have unlimited everything. But no one seems to have a fone number for the corporate office who cancelled my service,imagine they. A big fone company that doesn't have fones in their corporate office. Nobody will help me. All I want is my original fone number back. That is the only number I have ever had. They tell me that I have to visit the corporate office talk someone. I live in Washington state. The corporate office is in Dallas Texas. I would not recommend this cheap company for any kind of fone service. They cancelled my service for no reason and now are hiding behind the fact that they screwed up and won't make it right. All I want is my number given back. I have since gone toUS Cellular my original provider who issued me the number. They are waiting to hear from metro about releasing my number but we have heard nothing. MetroPCS is a lying, greedy, cheap a** company that doesn't care about their customers. Only making a buck. But can't afford to have fones in their corporate office. BEWARE OF METROPCS/T MOBILE
