02/26/2020 (6:36 pm) I bough a Cristal for a Moto g7 power but I didn't ask price before to #Hannan (employer) install the glass, after that he wanna charge me $35 dollar for a glass (just the glass) I had a discussion with him and he said I can help you with a discount for $21.64 then I was ready check the same glass at other store for $10/$15 dollar at list price but they didn't haven't at stock ..

worst customer service ever! I was sitting out front in their 30-minute parking which I saw the sign for so time to myself as soon as I pulled into it sitting out front with my wife in the car deciding what we were going to do came with the intent of buying two brand new Galaxy S10 plus phones was approached by another female employee as she locked the front door and asked me if that was my vehicle mind you the vehicle was running and my wife was sitting in the front seat so with it being the only other vehicle out there obviously dummy that was my car said that the manager called and told her to call a tow truck because we had been there longer than 30 minutes when we had been there for 22 minutes so we left and when I called and ask for the manager she very rudely stated that she was the manager and asked how she could help me and proceeded to tell me that the camera itself clocked us being out there for longer than 30 minutes I told her thank you very much I will take my thousand plus dollars somewhere else so Metro good hire because she just lost you more than $1,000 I think I will be taking my money to Verizon now that's all have a good night

This was an awesome phone buying experience! Soledad was a great help. I like the vibe of this location. They didn't give me a sales shark feeling. Every question I asked she knew the answer to. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile as if she was genuinely happy to help me. It only took about 30 mins for me to get everything set up and out the door. Great shopping experience!
