Other than the really sweet lady at the door, customer service was pretty awful. One woman I said excuse me a couple times and she booked it to the back. I couldn't find anybody else in the store to help me look for anything. The lady at the front tried to help but she wasn't really sure. Then when I finally did get some help it was the one who initially booked it. And she went in the back to look, she walked so quickly I lost her. I just kind of waited in a place and hope that she was going to pop up. Not like she provided any directions to wait or anything. And when she did finally come back she basically said sorry it's not in stock. Then I asked if there were any mask in stocking the entire store? She copped an attitude and said that there's only one mask and it's a decoration. But when you check online there's about 20 different kinds of masks. I guess I was bothering her

Super friendly cashier. Wonderful section of picture frame I bought 2 plastic 8x10 so I could make a photo collage, also bought a tube of E6000 clear transparent glue to repair a leather belt, plenty of sizes to choose from, and also picked up 2 six packs of 8x10 canvas that were outside in a bin they were on sale 1/2 the original price as I entered. Highly recommend this place. $.

I recently visited this craft store and was thoroughly impressed with the helpfulness and expertise of the employees. They went above and beyond to assist me with my crafting needs, offering valuable advice and recommendations. Their dedication to customer service is commendable. However, my only concern was the lack of staff available during my visit. Despite the outstanding efforts of the existing employees, it was evident that they were stretched thin due to the high demand. More staff members are needed to ensure that customers receive the attention they deserve. Overall, I had a positive experience, thanks to the exceptional employees. I hope the store management addresses the staffing issue to maintain the high standard of service and enhance the customer experience further.

Michael's is no longer the king of arts and crafts. A side from the experience of a very small and limited crafting supply inventory and the staff with little or no knowledge of art supplies, Michael's is now capitalizing on hiring people to just walk around. They now require the customer to check themselves out after providing their personal information for Michael's to sell, and with these cost savings to the company the customer doesn't get any.

Just went to Wal-Mart, er, the Michael's on Greenville Ave. You to check yourself out now, the bags were blocked with a giant canvas, and they won't let you take your cart to the car. Oh, and the disabled spaces were coned off. Great for disabled folks. I will not be back

This Michaels is clean not as big as others we have shopped at. They have gone self checkout except for one clerk which makes the lies long as everybody has to learn how to use the equipment.

Selection is ok as is the product but f you expect any customer service, go elsewhere. A nightmare to to try to get anything delivered.

Curbside pickup takes longer than going in to shop for it and paying at the register than the time they take to bring it to your car. If they can't do it than they should not offer it.
