I had an appointment for an alignment, suspension and state inspection and although when I arrived they had no state inspector on site, 1.5hrs later they called and everything was ready including state inspection.

Jack Chandler and Sheldon at the East NW Dallas store was absolutely wonderful. I had a brake issue while traveling 1,000 miles away from home and they went to a lot of work to get parts and have someone fix it same
day. These two are wonderful! I would trust them again and again! Midas is very lucky to have these two.

The Owen Sheldon was very helpful and sincere. I took my vehicle to other automobile store. They’re trying to charge me $1200. While there isn’t any major issue with my car, definitely recommend y’all can here to get it serviced it!

I came here Tuesday 3pm 03/18/2025 with nail in my tire I spoke to the manager here ( white guy ) he was so helpful and so nice he immediately fix my tire with plugs and make a very good discount for me and he was so quick , the service was amazing and really good I recommend that branch highly recommended. Thank you sir

Been here twice and have nothing but good things to say. Friendly staff and quality service both times! Walked in at 7:30 this morning without an appointment and was greeted with smiles/professionalism from the main desk (Sheldon) and was able to be put in line for service immediately. If I had to be picky I’d say the only downside is there’s no ride-share service. Make sure to check the website for coupons before you check out too. Cannot recommend enough

This Midas location is the best of the best!! They were so helpful when I experienced issues with my vehicle. I had to have it towed there which arrived about 5-10 minutes before closing time and maybe by 9:30am the next morning I received a call letting me know what they had diagnosed. They were finished right away and the pricing was NOT an arm and a leg for all we had to get done. Beyond pleased with our service!

went here yesterday for a wheel alignment, had an appointment. Was told they'd try to get me out in 1 hour or less no problem. During the process of the alignment was told my tie rod was seized that they were going to replace it i said okay whatever needs to be done to complete the alignment. 2 Hours later the part arrives, then they came back saying they were able to get the tie rod that was seized lose that they were not going to replace it. At the end of the whole ordeal sat till 2pm for a wheel alignment, they came back saying everything was good expect for the traction light being on. My light was not on when it went in so what happened? And when i ask he's gonna say " if you want to stick around i can get a diagnostics for you" no what did you do to my car i sat from 10am to 2pm for one thing. and its still pulling to the right. Only reason i even went here was because of all the good reviews they had, since the location behind them had some horrible reviews.

This is my first time here and definitely not disappointed! They got my oil change and state inspection done pretty fast even though they were busy. They also figured out some more problems with my car and helped confirm some issues I thought were wrong. Prices for the work seem fair and I appreciate them looking into the work needed and being transparent with everything. Thanks Sheldon for being great and the rest of the crew too! I’ll definitely be back to get some more work done on my old mustang.
