Very rude. Dr yelled at my mom out of nowhere because she was talking to me instead of just asking her the question she had for her. Never coming back again.

I would rather rate -1,000 for this Clinic.I visited the Clinic in Dec, 2023 for the 2nd HPV vaccine shot. A female Asian "doctor" told me I am too old to get the HPV vaccine. However, at the same Clinic in July, 2023, I received the 1st HPV shot.I had no idea why things changed so dramatically just within 5 months. I asked for her family name to double check with Customer Service. She said she did not need to tell me her last name and said: "I feel so uncomfortable with you." Then she walked outside the room and left me by myself.I left in calmness but I do not understand why a "doctor" can act in such a ridiculous way. Shame on such a "doctor" who disobeyed Hippocratic Oath at all!

Very poor service and they messed up the billing. Charged me $40 extra. Calling corporate office was useless. I went there for a preventive screening thinking it would be faster and more convenient than my regular doctor's office. Was hoping to make this a regular thing to save time. But clearly not a good option.

Tell me why my appointment is at 5:20 came in 10 minutes early and it’s 5:40pm and still no one is attending to me.5:50pm turns out no one was in the office but some other nurse. My own is why are y’all catching up on my scheduled appointment. On my time?!Ps still waiting to be attended to. 5:51pmAbsolutely ridiculous

This urgent care clinic does not treat for male UTIs or STDs. You show up with obvious symptoms of an STD and instead of receiving antibiotics or a shot, they tell you to wait 3 days until the results come back. Meanwhile, I’m sitting here suffering with these symptoms.Go to a REAL urgent care clinic where they can actually provide preventative treatment while awaiting results.Besides that, Tiffany was very helpful and informative. Meanwhile, the NP who opted not to even see or speak to me probably doesn’t know how to strategize care in these types of situations.

I went to a clinic in Richardson and they were booked for the day and actually had no appointments available for the next three days but their computer said this office had an open appointment. So I made an appointment to get to the facility and they said no appointments for today.I actually thought these places were the drop in type clinics for a very minor illnesses or incidence, but I guess you need to make appointments two or three days in advance I think these places will get a big pass for me.

So much I could say about this visit, long story short…..My daughter was misdiagnosed by provider Lee. I took my daughter to her primary doctor the next day and what the provider said was the issue WAS NOT THE ISSUE AT ALL. I was told my daughter had a bad ear infection even though I advised that my daughter never complained about an ear ache only throat pain. And SHE DID NOT! Thank you to the Manager Milton. He is the sweetest person ever. He deserves a raise for sure!!!!! I truly appreciate him. She should not be a provider at all! She needs to take a customer service class because she has none at all.

Line was taking forever so I made an appointment on my phone while waiting. Only appointment available was 3 hours out. 20 minutes later got to kiosk, tried to change appointment time for something earlier. Would not let me so I checked in for later appointment. Waited another 20 for both Dr's to be available. They called my daughters name but refused to see her since appointment was for a later time. Asked if they had a current appointment, they did not. It was not lunch break time. They could not explain why they refused to see my daughter. I have never experienced such attitude & lack of effort by a Dr. I was embarrassed for them. Will never come back for anything at CVS. Despicable behavior.

Terrible experience NP Lee, rude and unprofessional. I went to this Urgent care with a throat infection, I asked her for a note for work, she said that’s not her job provide it, even when she knew having feeling fever I can’t work just told me the way to get the Dr note’s excuse for work is though customer service call center. She has a terrible actitud from the Moment that I arrive waiting be seved and during the consultation.

Terrible experience. You cannot get a hold of anyone. I was charged $400 for the NP to take my blood pressure and give me a flu test. She wouldn’t prescribe me an anti biotic, just an inhaler, and now my fever is up to a 103. When I got a hold of customer service “support” they just said “young lady you should go to the ER”. Well I wouldn’t be in this spot if you had done your jobs in the first place.

Rude nurse.. came to get antibody test & the lady is questioning me like I don't what a antibody test is.. like of course I know it's not a PCR test.. and then tells me insurance is not accepted.. OK? I know what I scheduled.. after I ask so am I allowed to get it or no ? She asks well why do you want it.. like lady just poke my finger and run the test.. she rudely slapped a band aid on my finger and walked away... Will never return here

I wish I could give them -100 stars. Got our PCR for minor for travel and it said we will receive results via email and we didn't, there was no way to contact them and then I read online that other people have suffered like we did. And they had to spend countless hours trying to reach a live person to get documentation of their results. we are supposed to fly tomorrow and neither minute clinic nor CVS can provide documentation of my kids negative results. They have a convoluted process, toll free says do text, when you send text, it says call toll free. Worst place. I feel so helpless.

I'm so happy to have found this clinic really last minute yesterday! I woke up with terrible ear pain and thought I would be okay but I felt worse as the day progressed, so I went during my lunch break and I was seen quickly by a nurse practitioner. Great and quick service, would recommend!
