Went for high blood pressure medicine … she gave me a two week prescription until I get blood work done … she gave me a piece of paper that had where I was supposed to go and a QR code that has all my info on it … I lost the paper and called to see if they could email me the paper she had originally given me … they said they could not email it that I would have to go in person and get it .. I went there and waited for 1 hour and nobody came out of the little offices they have there .. there is not a call button or anything to let them know you need something… nobody came out so I left … I called them back and now they are saying I need to make another appointment (which is $150 per appointment btw) .. I told them not to worry about it .. I ran out of the prescription and my blood pressure is super high (risk of stroke or heart attack) Now I have to go check myself in the ER cause my BP is so high and there is no telling how much this is going to cost … I’ll never use the minute clinic again

Went to the minute clinic for a flu and strep test. Received a large bill a few months later and turns out they didn't even send to insurance despite providing that at the appointment.

I had a great experience at the CVS MinuteClinic! I went in to get my hepatitis B titer done, and the process was smooth and efficient. I got my results the next day.The staff was incredibly professional, and the LVN who took care of my titer was amazing. She’s knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone in need of quick, professional healthcare services.

Don’t go to this place, they charge for a service and don’t explain that the labs are actually a much higher cost. Deceiving practices, would give 0 stars if it were possible.

Made an appointment online and got two confirmations by email and text. I showed up and my apt wasn’t even made. Thanks for wasting my time. Never coming back to CVS again.

What a terrible experience. I saw the nurse practitioner Holly Jamie who is completely incompetent in the field. Outside of her lack of knowledge she also had no bedside manner and was rude. The clinic has minimal testing capabilities for illnesses other than COVID so it’s not worth the visit. Go somewhere else.
