Don’t go to this place, they charge for a service and don’t explain that the labs are actually a much higher cost. Deceiving practices, would give 0 stars if it were possible.

Made an appointment online and got two confirmations by email and text. I showed up and my apt wasn’t even made. Thanks for wasting my time. Never coming back to CVS again.

What a terrible experience. I saw the nurse practitioner Holly Jamie who is completely incompetent in the field. Outside of her lack of knowledge she also had no bedside manner and was rude. The clinic has minimal testing capabilities for illnesses other than COVID so it’s not worth the visit. Go somewhere else.

Huge wait times. No notification of wait times everything about process is automated. The system should be able to notify you of extended (60 minute) wait times past appointment.

I made an appointment at 10 am but it was cancelled. I told the lady about it and she said I don’t know what you want me to do. I explained and tried to show my phone to her. I would have not driven 20 minutes to get there. She was very rude and did not try to help me. It is what it is but I’m pretty sure it is for my appearance. She spoke very kind to a caucasian man that was there who couldn’t find his appointment.

Walked up 30 minutes before closing with a severe allergic reaction - hives (on face, neck, legs), dizziness, diarrhea, nausea, sweating, and swelling. Never had such a severe allergic reaction, and I didn't have any food allergies to my knowledge; needless to say, i was panicking. Lady at the front desk turned me away saying they closed in 30 minutes and could not squeeze me in. Fortunately, I was immediately seen at the City Doc Urgent Care in Uptown, where the NP acted quickly when she saw how low my blood pressure was!! Point is, I think it's distasteful to turn people away, especially when they look VERY, VERY ill. I damn near fainted at the urgent care upon arrival. Moral of the story, this is probably not the best place to go when you're actually in need. Poor customer service and overall disregard for patient wellness.

Don't waste your time here. Just go to a real doctor and you'll be must happier and save yourself a lot of time. This was my third attempt to see someone here even with an appointment.

Scheduled rapid COVID test last week in advance of our trip. Even though vaccinated, proof of negative test required. Received a text last night that they cancelled our appointments due to “closure.” No rescheduling and cannot find anything in area for 2 days. We leave tomorrow! I called the location and held for 23 minutes only to be told they knew nothing. Tried service line for minute clinic 4 times and cannot reach a live person and have been disconnected twice. Worse service ever. It’s ridiculous that I’m scrambling to get a last minute test plus spending extra $$$ because of their poor service.

The Minute Clinic is absolutely the worse place and biggest waste of time! I schedule an appointment and waited over an hour to find out that they couldn’t provide services. Absolutely a joke of an organization and beyond disrespectful!

NP. Chikezie Dike is the rudest healthcare provider I’ve ever met. He gave no appropriate explanation. I had to pay and I left without understanding about my situation. Not recommend seeing him.
