Was in and out in about 45 min. Saw a nurse and a nurse practitioner for suspected strep throat. Although I tested negative, I was prescribed amoxicillin due to my symptoms. I started rapidly improving after about 24 hrs on the drug, so I guess that’s what it was! Glad I went here. Visit was about $125 and I opted to send my prescription to a different pharmacy which was no big deal.
One weird thing is that I was called to confirm the appointment and then texted once again to confirm, so I wonder if the appointment would have been cancelled if I didn’t confirm either time. However, I confirmed both times.

This has been one of the most disappointing clinic experiences I’ve ever had. I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment and arrived 15 minutes early, as requested. It’s now 10:45, and I’m still waiting—despite being the only patient here. When I asked the pharmacist if the doctor was available, I was met with a snippy, dismissive response telling me to just wait. It’s baffling—what kind of clinic takes over an hour per patient with no communication or update?

Terrible experience. Inspite appt, took a long time (wait). The technician had an attitude. Left the room and was gone during the te she was supposed to tend to patients and came back with an attitude, and made me wait some more. Apptm was in the evening on 6/19/2025.

Not super thrilled that you can't call the clinic directly, so I had to wait on hold for a for a full 30 minutes to ask a question about a prescription my daughter was prescribed. When I finally was helped, the agent was helpful. Someone from this CVS location then called me back within 30 minutes and answered my questions. My elementary-aged daughter and I have both been seen here, and had the same nurse both times. She was fantastic with my daughter, who was not pleased with having to get a strep test. The doctor was very patient with her as well. While everyone in my family has a PCP, I wouldn't hesitate to visit again for times when we can't get in for routine illnesses that require testing.

I feel like I got completely ripped off. I signed up for an ear cleaning and they said that there was no wax to clear out after looking at my ears. So they made me pay 139$ to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I really would like my money back!

I just had an appointment today at this minute clinic with Melissa and she was such amazing and so personable! She was very clear and concise with her assessment of my condition and what I should do to heal. She was very friendly and professional. I was comfortable talking to her about the issues I was facing and noticed that she’s a great active listener as well. Thank you Melissa, you need a raise!

I came in after feeling sick more than a day and the nurse practitioner at CVS MinuteClinic provided exceptional care, demonstrating both expertise and compassion throughout the visit. Her attention to detail and ability to listen and address concerns made the experience truly outstanding. I left feeling reassured and well-cared for, thanks to their professional and thorough approach.

The clinic provider today was very rude. I was too worried about going on lunch to do anything. I had an appointment for today. But the website has bought me. Zoom Tomorrow's lights into Duo walking and she talked about where she was too busy. She didn't want to give me. She was too worried about going on much. And then she asked me what my problem was, and then she was wanting me to address my issue in front of people which is not responsible healthcare.If you have an issue, this should not be the clinic, you should go to

Nurse Palomo was AMAZING! She knows how to work with kids and giving shots. My son only want her to give him a shot or draw blood. Very informative and asks the right questions. Thank you nurse Palomo!!!

Went in yesterday extremely ill to test for Covid and flu. I’ve had a 99+ fever for more than 5 days and a deep cough. I was the only patient waiting in the lobby for 35+ minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. when I finally commented on not being greeted or how long I would have to wait, she called in the person who came in after me minutes before. Then when I asked again she asked me what I was there for and ended up switching us. The entire appointment she was flustered and agitated if I gave to much information about symptoms (aka if I said my fever started 5 days ago and it’s gone up to 102 several times and I’ve been taking NyQuil) apparently this is frustrating info. NOT TO MENTION at the end of the appointment try’s to give me $145 ear infection meds and was trying to justify her reasoning to me (when all of my symptoms point toward upper respiratory) she continued on to say “the ear infection could cause the cough.. well not the cough but the drainage you are having and maybe fever” when I have 0 ear pain. A quick google search told me that with severe upper respiratory infections, patients can experience swelling and redness in the ear that could lead to an ear infection if fluid isn’t draining correctly but a EAR INFECTION does not cause a deep and severe cough people. Also I’m pretty sure when she swabbed my samples for COVID and FLU A/B because she was so flustered/annoyed she switched the samples putting my COVID into the flu machine and FLU into the COVID machine. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF TIME! DO NOT GO HERE ALL TIME LOW. Her name was Adejoke Awoleye.

I’m not sure why you make an appointment. I go in monthly to get a B12 shot and although I make an appointment, get there early, my wait is anywhere from 45-1 hour. On more than one occasion I have had to leave after an hour and return at a later time…..ugh. Time to find another place. Too bad, it used to be very convenient with wait times about 15 min.

I was contacted twice urging me to do follow up appointment ( which concerned me like it was urgent) I scheduled the appt all to get there and have the aid act like they were trying to leave early and their hours changed. Why would it let me book a6:20 appt and get there and be told I couldn’t be seen. Rude service
