NP Dudley refused to perform lab service. He suggested I go to urgent care for symptoms that I never gave him. I’m assuming he can bill for the referral. Also there is no way to call the clinic directly. He tried to call earlier in the day and I’m sure it was to tell me he did not want to commit to the appointment. But i couldn’t call back. Hopefully no one trusts his judgment.

I got there 10 minutes before they closed. They would not see me. They said i could not even log into the system. The np was talking about how she was done for the day. I asked them what time do they closed. They pointed to a sign with the hours that said 730. It was 720 at the time of my arrival.

Absolutely awful experience. They didn’t honor appointment times and I waited an hour to get a single vaccination. They don’t care at all about customer service or satisfaction and the overall experience was awful. Avoid this place

I love going to this clinic. It is so much more convenient and inexpensive tan scheduling with the doctor. They do get busy at times and take their lunch very seriously but they always remember me and my son and are so kind.

The NP was amazing. However, I checked in ahead online exactly at 8:30 and it said I was set to be seen at 9:17am. I arrived at 8:55am and preceded to check into the kiosk. The lady who had just arrived and did not check in prior was seen before me. I did not end up being seen until 10:32 am. Minute Clinic needs better time management. Customer service is great, but when you're miserable and sick waiting an additional hour and fifteen minutes past the time I was told to arrive the experience becomes horrible.

Showed up at 2pm and put my name on the list. It was a 172 min wait, so I left since they said they'd text me 30 mins before. Never got a text, so I showed back up at 5pm. There was no way to confirm I was waiting, but my name showed up on the waiting list as “present†and still with a 48 min wait (though it closed at 5:30pm). No one in the CVS could provide helpful info on what was happening. Then at 5:20, my name disappeared from the list. And 4 hrs later no care, no info, and now I'm left to find another urgent care. Undesirable to say the least.

First and LAST time to CVS Minute Clinic. The nurse practitioner, Robert Dudley, was extremely rude, no sense of compassion/willingness to help, and I was shocked and horrified at the treatment I received. Everyone is entitled to a bad day but this wasn't it. I believe following up with their management and legal department is in order. The pharmacists at 8335 Westchester are great but this guy is in the wrong line of work. NEVER AGAIN.

You need to figure out a more accurate way to estimate wait time. I arrived at 10:30 and signed in. At that point the wait time was 54 minutes and there were 3 people in front of me. It is currently 12:30 and I'm still waiting. I got a text saying that i was under 30 minutes to see a Dr. And to make sure that I'm here. That was about 45 minutes ago. Now my wait time just jumped up to over an hour again because a random lunch break just popped up in front of my place in the queue. I understand that this is a first come first serve deal, and I'm fine waiting, but you need to set realistic expectations. I was planning on this taking a little over an hour because you said it was going to take that long. Now it looks like over half my day is wasted because you keep saying that my appointment is going to be soon so I can't even leave and come back. Assuming I actually get to see someone today, this will be the last time I use a MinuteClinic.

Very quick test and very friendly nurse practitioner. Wait time wasn't bad considering 2 people were in front of me.
