We ordered posters for an event and they were fully paid for in advance. They were purchased to be delivered to the event hotel. The package didn’t show and the shop blamed it on FedEx, but never alerted us of the delay. So our event went without any printed collateral, which was a major blow to the event look and feel. The most upsetting part is that no apologies were made and no effort was made to right the wrong. Hoping this is a one off instance, but our company will never be working with them again.

Prices are ridiculous!!!! But the service is extremely friendly. 250 small labels priced for about $500!! Absolutely not!!! Wish I could do business with them...come down on the prices please!!
