MockingBird Florist created a beautiful arrangement for our event, not only were the flowers gorgeous but the team was amazing. We wanted to use specific bud vases for the event and couldn't drop them off until day of and they still made it happen, while being so helpful and nice. Can't thank them enough!!

Last minute request for 18 table centerpieces, two big bar arrangements, and one amazing bouquet and in less than one week they conquered it all. The customer service was top notch, the person making the arrangements even reached out to ask me which version I like more before proceeding with the rest. Everything arrived on time and they were placed on tables carefully. From the person who answered the phone, to the arrangers, to the delivery driver - - EVERYONE is my new bestie. I fully intend to support this business every chance I get. Thank you Mockingbird Florist for being so fun and informative - - I especially loved that you sent pictures before delivering. Top notch service AND product, the arrangements were stunning!!

My first time ordering from Mockingbird Florist. I loved how they called me as soon as my order was placed to see if everything was correct. Then delivered right on time on my Mom’s special day. She loved it! I always try to find arrangements that are full, big, and beautiful! This is definitely the place! Will definitely be using them again. If I could give 0 stars, I would due to the extreme disappointment and frustration my family has experienced regarding the recent service provided by this company. My father ordered a $230 arrangement and scheduled it to be sent to my mother’s workplace on Valentine’s Day as a gesture of love and celebration (Order #: 00115108). However, the experience turned out to be far from celebratory. Despite assurances of an on time delivery, the arrangement never reached its destination. What is particularly disheartening is not just the failure to deliver, but the lack of professionalism and courtesy exhibited by this company when my father sought clarification. Upon contacting the company the following day for an explanation, my father was met with dismissive, distasteful and disrespectful treatment. The representative offered no explanation for the non-delivery and instead seemed indifferent to the inconvenience caused. The abrupt response, "so you want a refund," followed by an immediate hang-up, is simply unacceptable. As a customer, I expect transparency, accountability, and empathy in all interactions, especially when addressing mistakes made by the service provider. Regrettably, your company fell short on all fronts. I urge you to do better and reflect on the values of dependability, transparency, and effective communication that are integral to any reputable and successful business. I cannot and will never recommend your services to anyone seeking reliability, professionalism and respect in customer relations.
