Jenece was prompt in answering my questions and gave me options for exchange of the night stand I bought ( which came with a crack). She was courteous in service and I am hoping the replacement will be delivered soon. She also made it easy because I do not have to go to the warehouse again. She arranged for the pick up of the damaged piece as well as the delivery of the new piece. Waiting for the night stand and Thanks a lot Jenece. People like you make us come back to Modani.

Furniture collection is okay. Not many styles. But customer service was the worst. Seems like they don't care much. We were taken to one of the rooms where furniture collection was displayed.were told here is some and then, G( the saleslady) disappeared. We moved on to other rooms where other collections were displayed and we're confused , G was in a hurry , with answers barely a line long. when we left the showroom, we could see at least 5 people out of 7 at the checkout counter or that's what it looked like, chatting with each other. No greeting to anyone coming in or going out of the showroom. Was surprised and really disappointed that for company selling such expensive and beautiful furniture didn't even have decent customer service or any interest in helping out customers. Definitely not recommending anyone to go in and expect help or guidance at the Farmer's branch location in DFW metroplex.

I love my sofas, and although I have had some problems, the customer service has been exceptional, Jenece has been attentive to every detail and always willing to solve it.

Very bad customer service, I would have given 0 if had a chance. They tell anything before to make you buy. I had worst experience with these liars. Record what ever they say during your visit ask specifically about their price matches policy. Sale agent clearly mentioned they will do a price match if the price of the product is reduced during Thanksgiving and if the sofa is not yet delivered. Now they say they can only do it if the order is not yet processed. My sofa is yet to be delivered as of today I am writing the review.Just to avoid the difference they changed delivery fee from 125 to 250 where as website has the fee as 125. Such liars!!!The way they speak after purchase is something very shocking to me. Never came across such rude and unprofessional agents.

The worst furniture store we have ever done or try to do business with. They promise you everything just to get the saleWe waited several moths for our furniture to be readyafter too many excuses they finally said they were ready for pick up at the warehouseWhen we got there to our surprise NO MERCHANDISE was available for pick u, the guy at the warehouse even apologizedWe went to the store and canceled everything, which is not being that easy . I’m still disputing my purchases with the CC companysince no one there wants to help, they all blame each otherI don’t know who runs the show there or who’s in charge of the store , we are pretty much on our own.Never again

I don't recommend shopping here. Bought a new $5K white leather sofa in November. Sofa arrived with significant blue ink stains on 3 of the 4 pieces. They cannot be removed. They had me take off work for another rep to come in and inspect if the blue ink was removable. Service rep immediately knew it wasn't removable. Why were they wasting my time? Made it an extreme hassle to resolve anything and had to settle for small refund just because I didn't want to deal with the custome service and how unhelpful they were. Plus, we also commented on one of their IG posts about our issues and other people had commented as well. They deleted the whole comment chain and didn't address our complaints! This is not how you resolve issues.

We are giving them one star because we purchased several items from the store. When the time came, they delivered most of them, but now it's been more than three months since they delivered some of the items, and we keep waiting for the rest of them to arrive.Their customer service is atrocious. We called Modani, and they asked us to contact this lady named Robin; she would act careless and dismissive.Her response is always the same ( I need to check, and I will give you a callback)And she never calls back; we are the ones calling for updates. Everything is already paid, and we don't get a response on when the rest will be delivered.

I would like to commend the Modani Customer Service Rep, Gary, for the outstanding Customer service he demonstrated during the time he helped me with resolving concerns and pick-up. He was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, patient , soft spoken and very helpful. And he delivered on everything that he said he would. These are the qualities customers appreciates! Especially senior citizens.Hat's off to Gary! He should be recognized and commended for his services.Thank you Gary,Ms. Lacy

Excellent service -there to help you if you want and need it. I worked with Gee, and felt welcomed into the store, not pressured at all. The space is large and fun even to just walk around and dream up your dream space. a great selection of modern furniture but also warm wood finishes available. and the value is great for what feels like high quality furniture.

Beautiful products. Unfortunately I made a purchase on April with estimated delivery in 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Still no delivery and is October. I heard back a month ago that if i exchange my product. I may be able to get a different product by December. But this was a maybe. They still had to confirm with store manager. Still no confirmation about December delivery. Sad. No answer on refunds either.

I ordered a coffee table and bookshelf with full assembly service and they dropped the coffee table right at the front door, didn't had the courtesy to move it by the sofa.They refused to wear shoe cover or take off the shoes.We maintain the floors sanitized due to the younger kids at home. The delivery service sucks.

Had a great experience with Modani. Ka’Run helped so much to figure out the perfect sofa for the layout of my living room and even gave advice on how to better use the space. I did have an issue with an item on delivery, but Chris B. came to the rescue and got that resolved immediately, so I didn’t have to worry about it at all. We even chatted over text which was really convenient for me. All in all, the sofa is great and I was so impressed with the customer service.

So happy to have found the Salerno dining table. Modani has beautiful and contemporary designs that are well made and fairly priced. I worked with both Gary & Miranda and they provided exceptional service.

I have ordered King bed. I choose white glove delivery ( Thank God I choose white glove delivery!) when bed arrived, delivery guys have opened package outdoor and brought bed inside for assembly. After opening all the pieces we find out that headboard came in different color than all the other parts(siderails & footboard) of the bed. It was Saturday, we tried to contact Modani support but it was not rechable. Delivery team left part of the bed at our home and told us they will deliver other part of the bed in same color, and they left.After many back and fourth calls and emails, we were finally informed that they don’t have bed is stock and cannot complete the order. And they will issue refund once other parts will be picked up.By now, it’s been already 3 weeks that we get rid of our old bed to make space in our bedroom for the new bed. And now that this bed is not coming, we are again in the market to hunt for new bed and have to opt for something that can deliver asap which is really difficult to find.We are really upset with Modani, they didn’t offer any compensation for such a careless service and the weeks we spent without bed in hope of sooner delivery. Due to sleeping on the floor for 3 weeks, my husband started back pain and taking chiropractor’s sessions.I would never buy anything from Modani!
