I had the flu in December around Christmas time 2023 and the Gentleman working at the register has a very kind demeanor and helped me ring up my purchase and asked if I wanted to use my rewards I completely forgot about the CVS rewards cash that I had, as I was ill stricken with the flu. I was grateful and thankful that he asked, as he save me some money on my purchase. I thanked him for helping me. And, I Thank you again young man. There is also, another young man that works at the register with a very calm and kind demeanor, also. Thank you both very much for your excellent customer service.

Within the last 3 years I've only been to this location twice. only because it's close to my job. first exp the lady thought I was younger than I was & she was racist. I took the age difference as a compliment. Now today there was nobody on the floor. i had to go to the pharmacy along with another customer to tell them to call someone .. it still took too long for them to come. i had to leave without getting what i needed & wasted my work break for nothing .

Ugh! Manuel Meza was so disgusted at what today? Don't know but he was so unpleasant and would rather be doing anything else than working at this CVS location-4930 Maple Avenue, Dallas, TX by Parkland Hospital. I went in to return an item and was not happy at all. Just grunts and scoffed the entire time I had to deal with him. I don't understand his attitude and him being the manager. Get another job if you don't like this one.

My experiences at CVS are usually perfectly fine, but had a terrible experience at the Maple St location, and I will never go back there again. I purchased 3 travel items totaling $21, but the items didn't have barcodes. So the clerk scanned a generic "taxable item" product code and sent me on my way. I didn't realize this was a problem until I needed to return the items. When I went to do so, the manager was at the counter and tried to tell me that the items were not in the receipt. I explained that there were no barcodes on the original items. We went back and forth a couple times and he finally agreed to refund my money, but at this point the items were on sale and I ended up getting shorted $5. The whole experience has soured me from this location and I advise you all to steer clear of it!

I scheduled a covid test for 3 as I work in a hospital and cannot always predict my schedule but am able to arrive 30 minutes early - I try to call to let them know but it is notoriously difficult. I park and only one employee is working the front and tells me it should be okay I'm here early as he sees me in my scrubs. I go to the drive thru after waiting for 5 minutes as there was a car before me to be told that you cannot arrive early. There was no other car besides me at the time and I state I don't understand why they cannot move it up instead of doing it in the order presented as it is the same number of tests. Like I'll come back to this inefficient and slow location again. Would recommend scheduling with other places than cvs every time as they are more flexible

These four stars are truly about my vaccination experience from E2E, and not just the service at this location. I scheduled multiple vaccinations for myself on the CVS website. I am so glad it was easy because some locations only offered one of the vaccinations I needed. The user friendly process gave me the ability to select the location, time and date that worked best for me. As I arrived at the pharmacy, I checked-in and was immediately seen, even though it was over ten minutes before my actual appointment. The healthcare professional was friendly and I really appreciated that she walked me through it all, step-by-step. I hate shots! After getting both shots I was asked to sit in a nearby chair for 15 minutes to ensure no negative reactions. After the 15 minute wait, the healthcare professional gave me a thumbs up and off I went on my merry way. If it would have been a cumbersome process I would have likely given up midway. For this reason, I would recommend using CVS for your vaccination. Fun Fact: I had no idea there were so many types of vaccinations , CVS offers 16 different vaccines.

PharmD is beyond rude to say the least! Lines inside and out were ridiculously busy. As one of the ladies (Morgan) in the pharmacy tried to help me and get me in as a walk-in for a Covid-Vaccine he rudely interrupted her while she was getting my information to put it in the system and said we are not taking any walk-in's today. Before heading to this location I called to confirm they were taking walk-ins especially since I was unable to schedule an appointment online due to an error glitch the website was having. Thankfully I went up the street on Lemmon and was able to get in. Stay away from this unprofessional place sucks that one person ruins it for all but definitely needs better customer service training or needs to be replaced.

I've never seen more than 1 person working the pharmacy. This location is busy with walk in traffic and drive thru & they also do covid testing. CVS should staff this pharmacy better. I feel sorry for the employees who work here, they must be under so much stress. Do better, CVS.

Today I made a 12:50pm appointment for a Covid-19 test after finding out that one of my students had tested positive and wanted peace of mind. Arrived 15 minutes early (during my lunch break) to a line of about 7 cars ahead of me. I had no idea how long it would take to move along 7 cars, but finally arrived at the window over an hour later, at 1:55pm, just to be told that I was too late to my appointment and they couldn't give me the test. I told them I was early but that I had to wait over an hour just to get to the window, and she said "come earlier next time." What is the point of making an appointment if you were never told to arrive over an hour early else you won't be given the test?? I had to miss teaching a class, my lunch break, and delayed finding out my results all because I wasn't served during my appointment time even though I arrived EARLY. The lady at the pharmacy window was not at all understanding, accommodating nor acted like CVS was at fault.

Only one person working in pharmacy at a time. They are nice, but one person to cover drive-thru, phones, and in store is not enough. Very long wait to pick up prescriptions, no matter which method.

If it was possible to give negative stars I would. This is hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered with deplorable customer service. They are so incredibly rude I can't even describe. They never answer the phone nor do they call you about problems with your prescriptions. I told them that I can't ever seem to get a hold of them even after holding for 15 min and Millie's response was "there's no one to answer your calls". After multiple other snarky remarks I asked her how I could transfer my prescriptions. She responded with, "a phone call, it's that simple". Then threw my card out the window on the ground. She is the world's worst and no one seems to care around there.

Horrible service. We arrived minutes til closing to run in for some children's medicine and they wouldn't let us in the door. Publish a 9:50pm closing time if that's when you are going to close! So frustrating ...

It's 9:50 pm on December 9th and we walked in to buy something. Upon entering, the worker who was vacuuming told us that they were closing in 3 minutes. We didn't know and felt bad so we grabbed what we needed and headed straight for the register. A lady was ringing us out and made the announcement on the intercom that the store was closing in 5 minutes. When a lady came in, she told her that they were closed but the lady needed more ok for her baby so they allowed it. A man came in right after and the two workers got mad and told him to leave. The lady who was ringing me out stopped the transaction and mumbled to herself that she needed to close the doors "before anyone else gets in here". The other worker (tall man was ho was vacuuming) came up and said "close This door. These people are still coming. Close these doors". " that's what I'm saying" she replied, with a few other words exchanged. I bit my tongue because I do understand that it's late and you're both probably anxious to go home. But if your store doesn't close until 10, then stay till 10. Don't give attitude because you decided that working until 10 was too much and take it out on customers who couldn't get there until 10 before close to buy something. I think you'll be okay. I work 12 hour shifts and still take care of parients that come in 1 minute before we close because it's my job. Grow up and stop being lazy. Mumbling under your breath and acting like you're "tough" isn't going to scare away customers. I buy my tongue but still bought what I needed. Next time, you won't come across people that patient. The end.
