What a terrible experience. I saw the nurse practitioner Holly Jamie who is completely incompetent in the field. Outside of her lack of knowledge she also had no bedside manner and was rude. The clinic has minimal testing capabilities for illnesses other than COVID so it's not worth the visit. Go somewhere else.

Walked up 30 minutes before closing with a severe allergic reaction - hives (on face, neck, legs), dizziness, diarrhea, nausea, sweating, and swelling. Never had such a severe allergic reaction, and I didn't have any food allergies to my knowledge; needless to say, i was panicking. Lady at the front desk turned me away saying they closed in 30 minutes and could not squeeze me in. Fortunately, I was immediately seen at the City Doc Urgent Care in Uptown, where the NP acted quickly when she saw how low my blood pressure was!! Point is, I think it's distasteful to turn people away, especially when they look VERY, VERY ill. I damn near fainted at the urgent care upon arrival. Moral of the story, this is probably not the best place to go when you're actually in need. Poor customer service and overall disregard for patient wellness.

Medicare folks, do not get services here! Don't even get shots here! IT is NOT IN THE MEDICARE NETWORK. They tell you that they take ýour medicare, but they don't. I have to pay 3 times what the Medicare charge would have been for a shingles shot. I won't make that mistake again. If you need a shot simply go to the pharmaceutical desk. They literally give your shot over the counter.

Went in with poison ivy and thought this visit would be the fastest relief possible. It was! I really was able to quickly make an online appointment and get in for a script that they called into the pharmacy. Walked right over to the pharmacy and they had my scripts filled in minutes. Yes! Best decision, I THOUGHT! Day-5 I was out of ointment that I'm supposed to apply for 14 Days. So I called the pharmacy for a refill, but was told Minute Clinic does NOT do refills and that I would need to schedule ANOTHER visit. For ointment. Where I was NOT prescribe enough. Understandably not the pharmacist fault, but gave me a number to escalate. Called the Minute Clinic hotline to explain i am seeing results and do feel relief, but need more ointment as I didn't have enough to get through the weekend. The gentlemen I spoke with agreed that I was not given enough as the diagram showed most of my body was covered with poison ivy. He said he'd forward my message to the Minute Clinic and they would call me. Two days later, no call, no ointment, and I'm miserable AF, and now it's spreading. Thankfully I got into see my doc that prescribed me more ointment. BUT now my health insurance won't pay for it until after the 14 days as the Minute Clinic prescription was written for fourteen days. I had to pay the full price for the script and another co-pay to see a doc again. I will NEVER go back!!! Save your time and money!!

I've been here a few times for varying issues and have never had a negative experience. Sure, sometimes you may be in for a long wait, but it's not that hard to go online ahead of time and "save" your place in line. I have seen the same doctor/NP (can't remember what she is) every time I have been there, and she's great. She's thorough and listens to all of my concerns.

Go anywhere else but here! They are incredibly rude and do not care about your time. I left work to come here because I needed to be seen to get prescribed something urgently. I arrived at 11:50am to get an appointment and it said the wait time was 77 minutes. Okay, fine, that means I should be seen around 1:07pm. I went and got lunch and received a text at 12:53pm that I would be seen in 30minutes, so instead of going back to work, I went to the Minute Clinic. At 1:15pm, the nurse came out and told me that they were going on a lunch break and I would have to wait until 2:30pm to be seen. Really!? You shouldn't' have sent me a text to come in if you couldn't see me. And there was still15 minutes left to spare and I was the next person in line. I would have been more understanding if the nurse wasn't so unapologetic and uncaring about it. She really didn't apologize and just shrugged when I said I had received a text to come in. I'm never returning here, and this CVS just lost all my business for housing such rude practitioners.

Terrible attitude coming from the nurse practitioner. Wait was 30 minutes when I arrived but had to wait over an hour. Once it was my turn the NP said she had to go to lunch and that I would have to wait another hour, when I said there was 15 minutes left til her lunchtime she stayed with these exact words "this is a walk in clinic, this is how it rolls". How unprofessional is that!?? Would not recommend this location to any of my friends/family.
