Don't expect any customer service from this location, it's terrible and obvious poor employee behavior is not corrected by district management. Choose another location or Walgreens if you don't want the manager, yelling at you

I understand why this CVS has 2 1/2 stars. I went to the pharmacy a 65-year-old, requesting the new covid booster. I was refused to be able to receive it because I did not have my original Covid 19 two shots information. They claim they had to have it in "writing " to even give this new booster. Which is ridiculous! what about people who never received those original covid shots in the first place. I give a big thumbs down to the CVS And their lack of understanding.

This was actually my first visit to a CVS y mas so I was pretty curious. I didn't have much time to explore, but I did notice they carried quite a bit of Hispanic specialty snacks and candies. I did notice they had a pretty decent Hispanic spice section. The employees were knowledgeable and fast. They are pretty dependent on the self check out machines which is good but the problem is this place is pretty high traffic so there's a decent wait if those get backed up.

no one answers the phone, literally ever. every time i call i am left on hold for a minimum of 12 minutes. usually around the 20 minute point i hang up and have to go into the store. this particular time we're pushing 30 minutes. Not sure if they turn the ringers off on their phones, are too severely short staffed to answer, or just genuinely don't care. but this level of customer service (lack of) is ridiculous especially for elderly customers who have limited ability to drive to the paramount.

No help at all from the employees, they leave you on hold for over 10 minutes then just hang up then have attitude when you call back. Ridiculous. I definitely was not "assisted momentarily".

They are always slammed but work as efficiently as possible. Planning ahead always helps when dealing with pharmacy and doctors. Unfortunately a lot of visits are emergency.

It's just okay been to better pharmacies. Not personable place but has ur basic pharmacy needs.

Stopped by at 2 to get my prescription was told that it would be 1 hour wait so decided to leave and come back.Showed up to pick up my prescription at 5:02 and they refused to give to because they closed at 5. I'm sure it was going to hurt them just to give to me. Instead I was sent to a different cvs pharmacy that closes at 6. Been waiting at this one since 5:30. About to be the time they close 6 still have me here waiting not sure for how much long. This is a very bad experience next time I'll go to Walgreens. Last time I'll be going to a cvs.

The pharmacist and pharmacy staff in this store are excellent. I have never had an issues with my prescription/s, like I have with other fussy, robotic pharmacies. These folks always do their best to save me money. Always kind, and always professional. Im glad it's my home pharmacy. Highly recommended.

About 75% of the times i come to drop off scripts they are out of whatever meds I need which send me all over the city trying to find a CVS who has whatever the med is in stock. Today it's an antibiotic. Not sure who does the ordering here but they need to stock up
