We spent a week here and had an excellent experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and ours came with a fully equipped kitchen, utensils, TV, and ironing facilities. The hotel also provides laundry services, which was a big plus. Having a Costco right across the street made everything super convenient. The property features a large parking lot with camera surveillance, adding to the sense of security. Everything was quiet, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this Studio 6 to anyone visiting Dallas

The staff here at this location is excellent. At the top of the list is Peter. He is professional, polite, with exemplary people skills. He is very attentive and very concerned about the comfort of the guests, and I enjoy thoroughly when he is on his shift whenever I need to interact with him. Notable mentions are Jay and Katie as well.
The rooms are remodeled and very clean. Definitely worth the money for an extended stay.
The geographical location is ideal. You can head in four different directions within minutes on the highway, so it is very centrally located.
The maid service however, has been lacking a bit. Cleaning days are every Monday, and every Thursday is when they're supposed to provide towels and additional toiletries, at least as it pertains to our room. There have been days that have been missed, but it's not that big of a deal to me. Overall, I'm giving this place a solid five star review between the room and the office staff.
There is security here, so there have been no issues on the property as far as I am aware, and I have been here for at least a couple of months now. I've stayed at a lot of extended stays, and I've even lived in one for a three year span about 25 years ago by choice, because I do like what you get for your money. You pay one bill, rent, and that is it. No cable bill, no electric bill, no utilities, no outrageous deposit, and no being stuck in a lease. I'm a long-term renter obviously. But for anybody coming in on a business trip, this is a very economical and clean place to be, and I highly recommend checking it out. ...

I asked for a nonsmoking room, the first smelled very strongly of cigarettes, so I asked for another room. They obliged, which I appreciated, but the second room also smelled like cigarettes.
