Excellent customer service. They were on time, careful, courteous, and professional. They provided enough people for the work to go smoothly. I highly recommend them. Our office move was a large move. Carl Kirk estimated the time perfectly. They hung our tvs, shelves, and pictures. Installers put cubicles back together. It wasn’t an easy job, but everyone was pleasant.

the movers here in decatur were very unprofessional. delivering furniture to a clinic and got mad when they had to move a desk to a different office less than 20ft away. they approached a nurse and told her that the office was being difficult because of their race, which was completely inappropriate. if i could give less than one star, i would.

I was denied an exit on the freeway by a Moving Solutions truck red and black and white they wouldn't let me exit in front of them I ran over some trash and still got in front of him he was putting his foot on the gas it was a Hispanic driver with a goatee and a long head
