“The openness is awesome, although the privacy is somewhat lacking. Although it's a little dusty and the noise is deafening, understanding this structure is still under construction would seem to be a factor.”

It is a small convenience store with snacks, drinks, and a few other things - most definitely not a "surplus store". Other Exchange stores are full fledged department stores and are located on military installations.”
