This is the worst Murphy's I've been to, they profile people and are very rude definitely not going to this location anymore , older black lady in the mornings she's something else. Looks like she don't like her job. She's loud and rude to anybody, for no reasons.

THIS IS TO THE OWNER IF MURPHY USA.
I give one star to this murphy store the reason, 3 months ago I went to this store and the person was very RUDE.
Yesterday Sun 21 I went to this store to put gas and to change a $3.00 lottery ticket and they request my ID what? for 3 dollars this is very ridiculos so I said dont worry I cash it in another place (I do not go to my car to bring my ID for $3 ) so I request to buy a lottery ticket and she ask me for my ID too really? to buy a lottery ticket?this is ridiculos.
And of course I didn't put gas I fill my tank on QT.
So I call to Murphy headquartes and they said is the policy So Im very disapointed.
Im STOP TO USE MURPHY USA, with this way to treat costumers and this Policy they will go OUT OF BUSINESS SOON.

To the lady working the counter around 3 today. I don’t know why you work a job you hate so much. You are always so rude and act like you don’t want to be there. What kind of place doesn’t give change for a 10? I go in there all the time but was told I had to buy something. So I did, and then she didn’t even give me the ones I needed. Go work somewhere without people if you simple cant go a day without being so rude. And by the looks of all the comments this lady has multiple complaints.

Bad business the lady who works there older black lady it’s 956 in the morning June 12 my wife went inside and tried to buy a lot of ticket. My wife only talk Spanish, but she was pointing the ticket that she wanted in Spanish. The black lady told her I’m not gonna sell you nothing cause I don’t talk Spanish and I don’t understand what you’re saying so I walked in and I told the lady that she need to tell her was respect that she didn’t understand what she was saying but no, she start telling her off real mad so I’m gonna make a complaint with the manager or the supervisor she’s not gonna take a vantage of these Mexican people she must’ve been in a bad mood we use we always go to the gas station, but not no more. She lost a customer and she lost my dad, my dad goes there a lot. She learn her lesson.

If your ID is stolen and you only have a temporary ID, They won’t serve you no matter how frequently you come and spend $$ at this location.

DO NOT STOP AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If I could give this Murphys a negative 1 I WOULD, first they said I had to scan my ID to buy tobacco products, I am 46 She says that is Murphy's policy , ALTHO, i have NEVER, had to do this at the other 10 locationsi go too.. Smh , then wouldn't hand me my change, just put it on the counter and say nothing. I prepaid 20 in cash. Pump just stops at 15.37. I go back in and again just puts my change on counter. I then tell her she has no business in customer service. Had a attitude towards me the entire time. Wish I read the reviews first. I wouldn't of stopped at that location. She seemed to be friendly to the people that were of the same skin tone , but to me , she seemed to be racist and attitude towards anyone else including the older Asian guy in front of me.

TL;DR: AVOID at all costs. This place will rip you off! AVOID AVOID AVOID!I should have been suspicious when I noticed all the types of gas were out of order on the pump with the higher cost ones at the edges, a common tactic to trick customers into buying more expensive gas. There isn't a tap to pay option on the pump, so I slid my card into the card slot and the pump said to see attendant. The attendant said my card had declined, which was a blatant lie, then asked if it was a credit card. When I said it was, she told me the pumps only accept slide swipes from debit cards and you have to come inside to use a credit card.Never, ever use a debit card at an outside pump. If there is a card skimmer on it, they can drain your bank account instantly and there is no easy way to dispute it or get it back. Credit cards are the only safe option.I handed her my credit card and when she asked "how much?" I told her I wanted to fill it up. She said they don't do that, I had to give her a number and pay in advance. At this point I was frustrated and had already wasted too much time, so I told her to give me $20 worth so I could get to another station. She charged $20 on the card and gave me the receipt which shows it. The pump cut off at $18.34! When I went inside to complain, the attendant showed me her hand and said "I'm not talking to you anymore." Then she went in the back and slammed the employee only door.This place are a bunch of amateur rip-off idiots. The need to be studied by the IRS and Texas Ag Commissioner. There is no way their accounting would survive it.As I said above, NEVER, EVER go here. I'm just praying that they didn't water the gas in the tanks.

The and the Older lady here are very rude and disrespectful to the customers I've been a cuiwith Murphy's for years but this location I am not fond of at all. But lately there has been nice employees (new) but I do have 2 videos of prior bad service from this location and employees since making these videos service has become better

Tried to get gas from 3 different pumps that dispensed fine with at least 2 prior customers. Informed the employees that responded very rude and very loud.Documented with photos.

The associate is rude as ; and VERY GHETTO; and seems like they always have an attitude whenever I go into this particular store. (don’t know how to talk properly to customers;) now they have a sign on the drink machine bout using only Murphy cups to refil for ice; so 1 minutes I can use my Murphy cup and then the next I’m being told I can’t use it and that only a mental water cup is allowed to refil for ice: even tho I brought in the cup I still pay for the ice; but again your associate rather go back n forth cussing and talking rudely on what can be used and what can’t be used.

This is by far the worst Murphys location in the whole city. I have been a customer with them for years now. But this location here the employees are very rude and disrespectful to the customers. Even the manager. The. 60 year old employee is allowed to disrespect the customer but when the customer speak up for them selves they call the police or have you banned from a store you been coming to since it opened the 60 year ol lady made a big deal about me cashing a 1$ lottery ticket saying people will do anything for money that was yesterday today I go in the store and walked in the manager is having an altercation with 2 other customers I have both altercations on camera going in the building and leaving the parking lot just in case I
