The lady was on the phone with her sister, I had to repeat myself a couple of times I get gas. Even a customer behind me said you just not listening. And the line was long.

It was a rainy day and I came in to utilize a coupon I had for cigarettes. Inside the store (which was clean & very organized) was a ray of sunshine. I apologize if I misspell but Miss Adora was very kind, upbeat and wore a wonderful smile. Her demeanor was contagious, so much so I felt compelled to leave a review. If I have the choice where to stop for fuel, food or tobacco it’ll definitely be the Murphy at Plano Rd & Forest Lane.

Store is always clean and well stocked. Will is an awesome manager, and always makes sure I take advantage of all the sales. Lauren is very nice every time, and very presentable.

Trey and Will have great customer service! I come here daily and they always have smiles and very welcoming. Restrooms are cleaner than McDonald’s too.

It's always a pleasure when Trey is working. Even if the store is busy, he still greets you with a smile. Unlike some that always seem angry.

Trey is a very valuable asset to this company. He was very helpful and thoughtful to not only myself, but to every customer in line. He was quite busy, however his smile never left his face.

Whole crew in here is a mess except that one big guy William or Will I think, he's excellent. Always nice and helpful. He should be the manager. I don't know who makes these decisions but you need to rethink your choices. The 5 stars are for the big guy not the rest of them or the store....
