This is the worse place to come too. They let Karen’s dictate who goes where. Saying your dog is dangerous when the only dangerous are the people. They side with the people who make the atmosphere horrible. Just stuck up people who don’t deserve animals. I rather left because of it. And on top of that while I was leaving there was a dog bigger then my pitty and she didn’t say anything there were more medium size dogs in there then small dogs. I would leave a 0 star review if I could

When it's not cold, this place is mucho el funno. You can grab a cold beer or cocktail with your SO and relax while the doggies play. The food is tasty too. It does get hot obviously, but they have cooling fans. The prices are decent and they are friendly here. I would have given 5 stars f they had red wine. All they have is rot gut white that comes in a can.

I’m really tired of paying $25 a month To have people make my dog, super dirty with a hose when it’s cold outside spraying my dog with a hose when I specifically ask them not to get my dog wet. This is the only dog park in Dallas and really I wish they would open a different kind because this one sucks all of the chairs are dirty and have bird poop on them.

Disappointing experience!!Held my dogs birthday party there on a Sunday which was attended by some friends who had dogs and some who didn't. The friends without dogs were badgered by staff upon entry about not having a dog. The staff at the bar happily put my dogs cake in the fridge, while the staff monitoring the park kept harassing me for having outside food despite approval from other staff. I even received a present for my dog which was in a bag, and staff approached me saying I can't have that inside the park.It was a great park for the dogs, and all the other owners had a great vibe to them, but the staff will probably stop me from ever attending again. A great concept and idea ruined by staff

Super cute place! Got a burger and fries, it was a pretty long wait and the fries were really not that good. Drinks seemed to be enjoyable to friends and service was good though!

We have been coming to mutts almost every day for 3 years. We love the drinks, the convenience and the group of regulars they have become our friends. For the past 3 years the staff has been great. Recently the manager left for another job and the place has started to decline significantly.First lack of bark rangers in the park. The have had staffing challenges, but on a busy weekend there are 3-5 people in the bar working, and zero bark rangers in the park. Even if they do go out to the park, they sit in the corner for a sorry of the time and vape themselves into oblivion.Second they used to make the bark rangers pick up trash, empty the trash containers, and wash the chairs. The chairs are disgusting, have not been cleaned in months and a significant portion are coated in dog pee.Third. The fence has huge gaps in areas and has not been maintained. Finally the wooden deck around the bar area is so rotted through that I have actually been standing at the bar and have had boards crumble. Saw dog this weekend gets its foot caught in one of the multitude of rotted away boards and get cut on the foot and leg. No managers present, bar tender just said they have been complaining for a couple of weeks to get fixed. Please please bring in effective management to get this place back into shape!!

I was excited to bring my little pup. I had my friend call to make a to go order and they had said we had to be there to order a order. We were trying not to be those person who order last min and make it easy for the kitchen. Just sounded like they didn’t want to bother taking a order. So we had rushed to the and make it before kitchen closes. Moment we got there bartenders didn’t acknowledge us not once did I get any eye contact or a hey I’ll be right with you guys. The female was too busy talking to a guy at the bar obvs little intoxicated but had gotten right next to me and still No acknowledgement even standing next to the guy. We had walked away would love to give it another try but that’s my first impression of this place. I’m sure they had a busy night too but little quick I’ll be right with you would be nice. My dogs paw pads got ripped off because of the wood chips. We were only there for an hour. She can’t walk and is in severe pain. I have to take her to the vet and pay a $400-$500 vet bill. They don’t answer their phone and the guy at the front said I can call to get an incident report done. Hard to do when they don’t answer. I had to carry her out of the park.

Usually my pup & I have a great time here. I struggled to leave one star review. However, today, my pup picked up a toy a guy kept throwing at Mutt's, an off leash dog park. After picking up the toy, my pup was smacked across the head & elbowed by an unprovoked Caucasian, heavier set male. My pup is not aggressive, very obedient, & playful. After observing the cruelty to my pup, I told this man to never hit my pup! The Narcissistic man acted as if he was the attacked "victim" & had the audacity to insult me as if I was in the wrong. A Mutt's employee approached the l**** & I to de-escalate the situation. I was informed that this guy was nasty & condescending towards others at Mutt's, prior to this incident. However, the manager had NOT asked him to leave. The guy called me "little girl", told me to "shut the f up", etc. Even antagonized me to assault him. I did not retaliate & neither did my pup. I asked the Mutt's employee to please ask the manager to come over. The manager, Bri, did nothing & told me her job was just to deescalate the interaction?? 2 witnesses offered their numbers & names as well explanations of the unprovoked cruelty & disrespect my pup & I experienced. However, Bri, the manager did NOT care & Mutt's obviously doesn't care if dogs are assaulted, unprovoked, on their property. Bri did NOT ask the man to leave. ZERO consequences were given to this "man". "Statements" were taken & that was it. Bri, the manger went on to treat herself to shots of liquor, on the clock, with a male customer at the bar as she discussed trying to get a job at Happiest Hour. Never mind the safety & moral treatment of dogs at Mutt's...I sat at the bar & observed this before quietly leaving with my pup, in disgust & sadness. Another thing, Bri has previously told me Mutt's accepts Apple Pay. Today, when I first arrived at Mutt's & tried to order my pup food & such, Bri told me Mutt's does not accept Apple Pay. That is fine but please be consistent because it's confusing otherwise. I called the police to report the "man's" unprovoked excessive cruelty to my pup. DPD not only took several hours to respond...but, too, went on to explain to me that the Texas Penal Code doesn't consider the "man's" behavior "criminal"...considering my pup did not sustain critical/serious injury...???? That can't be right. Where are the laws to protect beloved 4 legged family members? I bet if someone smack & elbowed their dogs, they'd be a bit more motivated to do something about this.
