I left my car there so they could repair everything that was damaged in the accident and the only thing they repaired was the aesthetics. The door does not unlock with the control nor does it open, it has to be done manually and they were supposed to fix that and the sensors that the door has on that side to change lanes safely were also damaged and they did not repair it so no I feel pleased with the work since now I will have to invest more time in it to return to the workshop and ask them to fix it even though I informed them from the beginning

Excellent service. I was updated frequently on the status of my car. Took it in on a Monday and it was ready to be picked up on Friday.

They were AWESOME. Did a FANTASTIC job on the repairs and in a timely manner. The detail done made it brand new. The lady’s up front were Very professional and the communication process was AWESOME.

Everyone was very courteous and they were able to fix my car really fast. I was kept informed every step of the repair. Also, getting the rental from enterprise at the car shop was very easy.

Great front desk staff. I received updates along the way. The staff helped answered any questions. They are teamed up with Enterprise so I was able to get a rental car. My car was vacuumed and had car scents in it and they washed it. Most importantly they did a good job with the repairs and they were very professional. I would recommend and would return back if needed.

Car star MVP took very good care of my mother’s car. They worked very hard to find the parts since the car was so old. They were very good and communicating step-by-step phases of the repair. They were easy to work with, kind and very professional.

My car was damaged in the recent 80mph wind storm in Garland. I was able to call CARSTAR and get my car towed to then the same day. They worked with my insurance and assured me they would handle everything. I was able to be very hands off with the process while still being updated nearly daily on the progress of my car. I was told it would take two weeks and they actually finished in 3 days before the original expected completion date!
Zero complaints from me! While I hope to never have a need to use them in the future, if I do, I will be calling them!!

Mayda was awesome to work with. She made my whole process from dropping my car off to pickup effortless. This process can be very stressful but she made it very easy.
