This was such a great place. Professional all the way. Kept sending messages on the progress of my car, which was highly appreciate. They left my baby in perfect condition and they even cleaned the inside of my car. Highly recommend 10/10

Evan took exceptional care of me when I arrived. He was highly professional and assured me that my car was in good hands. The entire team kept me updated on the repairs, providing detailed explanations of the process and the next steps.
When I returned to collect my car, it had been transformed into a showroom-worthy vehicle. Initially, I was hesitant to bring my car here for repairs, but I must say that this will be my go-to place for all my body repair needs. Thank you to everyone at MVP for their outstanding service. No one ever wants to experience a car accident, especially one that wasn’t their fault. Choosing a collision repair shop can be nerve-wracking, but when you find a great one, it makes all the difference. CARSTAR MVP Richardson went above and beyond in repairing my vehicle. They provided convenient online and text updates, handled all the necessary repairs, and even cleaned and detailed my car. That gesture truly meant a lot. I hope I never have to go through another accident, but if I do, I know exactly who I’ll trust.

You name it, people at Carstar MVP was very reassuring and kept me up to date as much as possible. Evan gave me a detailed diagnosis after the car was repaired and so far everything has been great and car looks and feels brand new.

I actually went by to see Miss Renee and I know it's there was something on the front bumper and the side of it. Miss Renee jumped into action and had it all updated. I love how her service is and next hopefully by the end of the year I'm going to get my whole car repainted by her company. ***Highly recommended***
