They are by far the best optical store I have been too an I've been to quite a few but just from greeting to the farewell, EVERYBODY was professional an well mannered I initially broke my glasses that morning an they worked with me an got me a pair the same day, an that's called meeting the customer's SATISFACTION.....JOB WELL DONE BLESSINGS!!!

I came here for my first time… I saw they had a deal for buy 2 glasses for about $80 and get an eye exam free well I told them that I want to know the total price before I get anything done. My total price was going to be 300+ dollars… I walked out.. I’ll just go to America’s best where they are honest about what they are going to charge you.

I wish I could leaves review with no stars. They are trying to price gouge me and lying about price matching, . They spoke down to my partner, as if she is not a trained medical professional. The manager told the girl he was training to not answer the phone and hide in the back in order to avoid more customer. They are absolutely disgusting people and even more disgusting service. After 2 years of being a customer and patient here I will never step foot in a Stanton optical/ my eye lab ever again. Headed to BBB to report them.

Believe the reviews. I came in as a new patient. The guy there shown in another customers review was beyond rude. It only took him 5 minutes to be rude to me. I was only there 10 minutes and left. I was explaining to him that I couldn’t see far away. Sarcastically he asked “well can you see now” he also informed me I could go to Americas Best. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Been going here for almost 3 years to get glasses and contacts. Sometimes it can take a little while to be helped, or they get backed up on exams, but that’s no fault of the employees. They’re either very understaffed, or there are only two exam rooms. The first problem could be solved by hiring more people to help run sales/pre-exams. I’ve gone in before, and there’s only one poor guy working… 5/5 job, Adrian kills it every time.

Beyond rude!I scheduled and appointment for my contacts lenses prescription renewal (that I previously got from them as well, just at different location). The cashier person was very rude from the first moment explaining that he is very busy. Eventually he (while being with previous customer) told me “why I’m not going to Sam’s club instead, there is nothing special here, it’s 100 bucks”. If that’s not enough, he also asked what kind of contacts I had my prescription for (again, while just passing by since he was still helping other customers). I replied that he can see it on my account, since there were other people in the room, I don’t want to share my medical private information with all the customers! He replied: “Well, that’s helpful”.At this point I asked for his name and he became very angry. He told that his name is Ray, and refused to give me his last name. I explained that he is extremely rude. He said that I should go somewhere else and have a nice day.Insane. Attached is his photo

I came in for an eye exam, I ordered glasses and contacts and had to cancel because I was going out of town. Long story short, it's been exactly 2 months and have not received an answer from the store. Have tried to contact the manager and have not been able to. Meanwhile, i'm still being charged for something I cancelled 2 months ago.

Bought 2 pairs of glasses. 1 pair came in fine. The 2nd pair was wrong. The guy that helped me ordered the wrong glasses. 2 weeks for those. Re-ordered the correct pair, another 2 weeks, and it was the wrong glasses again. Re-ordered again, and it's now been another 2 weeks and I still don't have the pair I paid for 6 weeks ago. Horrible store, not apologetic either, just kinda rude about it. Asked for a managers name, he gave me a 1st name, but didn't even know her correct last name. Terrible customer service.

Adrian is hands down the best. Went in with an emergency repair and he was able to accomplish it, efficiently and didn't try to make me get an appointment. We will be back. ✝️

Staff are nice, but the time it takes to receive your order is not! Got the first half of order in timely fashion. Still waiting on my prescription glasses. It’s has been over a month, and the date keeps changing and even then nothing!
