I am so impressed with this shop, and their customer service! I was in need of a shipping situation that was beyond anyone's control, and this team stepped up to help me sort it out. Poor communication. Took a item to be shipped and was estimated $500 and then was updated that it would be $1000. The item wasn't worth $1000 but they had already packed everything up and I was charged for the boxes even though they were not useful since it didn't make sense to ship at that price. The situation could have been easily solved with an ask if an updated quote being twice the original price was still acceptable before trying to pack up everything.

We had originally stopped at My Office because their business was listed as a luggage storage space. When we arrived, we discovered that the listing was inaccurate, but the owner was still happy to hold our luggage for us, which was so generous of her! We got to explore the rest of the day without carrying our heavy bags around, and the owner’s and her staff’s kindness was much appreciated.

Great atmosphere. When I walked in I noticed three employees, all three asked if I needed help and only one was busy. Out of the three the gentleman there was so attentive and quick with assisting me on verifying my I9 for my new job. It took about 5 mins out of my hour lunch break which was fantastic. Plan on returning on my own time to shop around and explore more services. Was unable to catch any names and I’m so sorry for that

Just Love this Place, My Office. The best mailboxes, shipping, receiving, printing, copies, faxing, gifts, toys, puzzles & more You name it they can do it. The staff has spectacular customer service. The owner is Marvelous extremely helpful and patient. Come stop by and check them out yourselves.
