A terrible experience I went there to fix the cracked back phone but they took the original battery of my phone and replace it with a cheap one without me knowing what and half the screws are missing

Sam and his coworker were really helpful! I went in looking for a case for an out of date phone. They didn't have one in store and we're willing to go to the stores next door to get me more options.
