She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and you can genuinely tell she enjoys what she does. Her customer service is exceptional and made my experience even better.
One thing I really appreciated is that she personally brought the vehicle to me. At many other U-Haul locations, they simply hand you the keys and expect you to find the truck on your own without much guidance. Jada went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free.
