I was in this shopping center and pressed for time, so I decided to go in for a gel polish change on my toes, it was my first time here. I did not ask beforehand of the cost, which now I realize I should have, that's on me, but the usual range for a regular polish change is around $10 & most places usually charge around $10 extra for gel polish, so I assumed it would be in that range. While she was starting the service, I asked what their fee was for pedicures in case I wanted to go back there in the future for a full pedicure, and she said $30. Got the service, and they only offer a limited selection of OPI & CND gel, it did come out looking as if I did it myself, no clean edges, but it’ll do. I go to pay & my polish change was $35. I said, "I only got a polish change" and she said, "but you got gel, the regular polish change is $10". I said, "you charge $30 for a pedicure & $35 for a polish change???", she said "but you got gel", I wasn't irate or rude, I was just asking questions. So basically, they charge $10 for a regular polish change & an extra $25 for gel!! $25 for gel!!! I said, “if I had known that I would have gotten the full pedicure for $30” and she wanted to argue & say "but you wanted gel so a pedicure for you would have been $55". She missed the point. I just wish that when I asked for the gel polish change on my toes, that someone at that counter would have said "the gel polish change is $35, it would be a better deal to get a regular pedicure for $30 without gel", that information would've been greatly appreciated and then let me decide if I still want just a polish change on my toes. But to be surprised at the end was not cool at all. I live in this neighborhood, so it was a convenient stop while running errands, but not worth $35. And I still tipped her because I have worked in the industry and she likely didn’t create their prices, but damn it would have been nice to have been given the option of getting a full pedicure for $30 or a gel polish change for $35. There are so many other nail shops on each corner of this intersection to choose from. I felt bamboozled.

Went to this place with my mom and sister and all of us had something of concern that would prevent us from going back. This place doesn't offer paraffin wax for your hands or feet which is ok until my mom was charged $5 extra for use of a hot towel during her manicure. She was cut during the manicure to the point that she was bleeding and needed a bandaid. My pedicure was rushed and the lady didn't seem to care to give a decent massage. All of our pedicures lasted less than a week before the heals of our feet felt rough again. For price conparison I got a basic pedicure w/gel (no hot towel, no paraffin, and a mediocre massage) for $55. Can get better service and paraffin for $5 more at a different place. Take your money else where.Service: Pedicures

If they had 0 stars that is what I would give. Let's just simply say that they should change their name to ...Nails NO! If you like bumpy, snagged, chipped paint on your toes or nails, then please go to Nail No

Make sure you check pricing and ask ahead. I was up charged for my regular gel manicure. I was charged $45 rather than the $40 it states in their pamphlet. They only upcharged me $5, but it was very unprofessional and obvious that they knew what they were doing. They ran my card before giving me a total and the receipt that I signed was not itemized. In addition, they did not provide a customer receipt. I chose not to say anything because I was in such a rush but would like to warn future customers.

I got dip powder down. When the service was over I looked at my nails and my skin was covers in dip power that had adhered to my skin. I told the tech to please clean it off. She tried to use an electric file and hurt my skin. She then claimed it would wash out. I went to the sink to “wash it off”. It did not come out and the tech had to use some cotton and acetone to remove the dip powder from my skin. I left with some still on my skin.Would not recommend this place.

Went for the first time in several years. You have to make an appointment, which is fine( I actually prefer it that way). Had a great pedicure and a very nice manicure for a reasonable price. The place was clean and sanitized.

Mike and Jessie took care of me right before they closed. Mike turned on the Steelers/Giants game without me asking and talked to me about the Cowboys, while Jessie gave me a nice pedicure with a great foot massage. Wonderful experience - they read their customer well.

I love this place! They have the friendliest staff who make it a point to get to know their customers. On my second visit in they not only remembered me but also my name! (Very impressive to someone who never remembers names ?) They always do a fantastic job on my nails and they last longer than any other week place I’ve been. 5 stars from this customer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My regular gal is on vacation and I walked in here because I broke a nail. I got a full set (NexGen) and a pedicure. Lily did my nails and she did a wonderful job!! So good, in fact, I'm considering switching salons. The salon was quite, clean, and the service was excellent. Mylee did my pedicure and the massage was perfect!! This is saying a lot because I have been with my gal for almost 20 years.
