VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The Older lady started to follow me as soon as I entered the store and also told her husband to keep an eye on me. When I asked her husband how much was an item because NOTHING IS MARKED , he looked me up and down and asked” do you have a license?” I politely responded “ I asked how much this item was , not if I needed a license to purchase it” Someone walked in after me and they did not ask them anything! My 4 mins in this store was a NIGHTMARE I literally felt the energy as soon as I walked in. DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are culture vultures.

Don’t buy anything from there. I bought a glue for lashes, it was so bad it wouldn’t stick. I had to have my client hold the fan on her eyes while I was doing her lashes so it can stick, it still wouldn’t. I called them right away to exchange or return. This Asian lady said she was the owner and started yelling at me and told me she will not take it back. Told me to drive there an hour and she will demonstrate her glue on something and will not exchange or return the glue. She kept hanging up on me and yelling at me. Very unprofessional. I had to turn down my corny because of the glue not working. This place should be shut down if she is the owner.

I've been coming here since they open the doors,but the last time a older lady refused my sale with my husbands Debit card ..I Have Never been questioned about a Debit purchase in life..I tried to explain that I use my husband of 33yrs card here always.but still she refused even with my I'd and a pin code..Who Does That??

BE VERY CAREFUL when buying Anything from this store! First of all they have ZERO customer service skills and DO NOT stand behind anything they sell weather it works or not! Just know once you buy something you cannot ever return if it’s broke or doesn’t work because that’s how they work here. I bought a Crea8tion LED cordless nail dryer and I made a BIG mistake not looking in the box before I bought it. I ASSUMED since it was in a new box I was buying a new product but ...never assume this when buying anything from this store! I go to work and open the box and it was very clear that it had been used so I took it back to “exchange” it for another I wasn’t asking any money back . They older guy that runs the place says NO I cannot exchange because you already bought this one. It’s very clear it’s not new but he would not allow me to get a New one after I ended up with a used one and the lights clearly flicker and not work properly AND the IBD gel top coat I bought was rock hard in the bottle and of course they DO NOT care. Once you buy that’s it. They stand behind ZERO of their products they sell so “BUYER BEWARE! I mentioned that I was not a free loader and wasn’t asking my money just a “exchange” but NOPE too bad. He said that I am the only one with this problem so i guess everybody else is happy letting Nails Warehouse rip them off

If I could give this place zero star i would !! The old lady who work heree have the worst attitude ever . I always spent at least $500 or $1000 here on supply everytime i came here just because they carry SNS brand here Even tho most of them who work here have no customer service whatsoever accept the young guy at the front . Laas time was the last straw when i return the polish because i boutht rhe wrong kind and the old lady told me they have their poster out side for people like me who wouldn't look before purchase anythjnt . I left my polish there with them without getting my refund back just because i want them to know i dont carry that brand at my place !!! They just lost a client today !!! And everyone please be careful when you come here they are sweet when yiu paying them but when you bave a problem they will have attitude and wouldnt work with you !
