Jennifer, James and Alex were so great to work with! They were very friendly and spent the time to really explain everything to us!! They made the integration to the new phone system seamless and easy!! First class customer service!!! Wish I could give this team more than 5 stars. We have been working with NTI for over 30 years. Recently, it was necessary to change out our entire system. The logistics were handled so well by Ms. Jennifer. The cabling team was very professional and fast! I highly recommend using NTI for their ability to give personalized attention with the resources of a large corporation. A special mention to the cabling team and The Cabling Girl for their exceptional installation skills. I did not imagine such a huge installation could go so smoothly and with a friendly attitude! You cannot go wrong with NTI!

Unless you are a big client, don't waste your time or money. After searching for a reliable partner to help us install an access control system at our office locations we landed on NTI. At first, we received good attention, Terry the COO was our contact and he initially came out to provide our quote. We had a unique setup, our doors use a special locking mechanism which is why we decided to hire a professional. The price was reasonable, they would install 5 keypads, run ethernet to the doors, install the electric striker and program. Here is where mistake one was made, they failed to consider the lock types we currently have installed. Trying to schedule an install and even get communication back from NTI should have raised a red flag, it took them multiple calls/emails over a few weeks to finally get back to us. After installation, we can only use 3 of the 5 installed due to the locking mechanisms. After reporting this, they quoted us even more to replace the hardware. Though, this should have been considered in the original scope of work, we opted to look elsewhere to install the hardware. Installation was very unprofessional, the installers were smoking on premise (we are in the healthcare space) one of them emptied their ashtray in our office trashcan and it smelled horrible. During install, they also did not measure correctly, causing additional holes in the exterior of the building. They did patch it but was not painted. They also severed a electrical line in the attic space, did not report it and left. We only found out due as the switch for the lights were no longer working. After having an electrician come out to diagnose, we found the Romex cable that ran into the wall was cut, likely by a drill bit, this was about 1 inch from the ethernet cable drop they installed. They did reimburse us, but seriously that was an extreme fire hazard and very unprofessional to leave such a hazard open like that. The problems do not end there, after install we had a major rain, the installers failed to weather proof the enclosures for the keypads and ended up shorting out the main keypad to a building. It took over a week to get a replacement installed. We now have another issue with another keypad and its been almost two weeks with out a resolution.
After installation and the headaches they caused during install / after install and utter lack of communication before hand should have made use consider another vendor, that is our mistake. We will never do business with NTI again, nor would we EVER recommend any other business engage with NTI.

I was desperately looking for a network cabling company for my new office in TX and I was still out of state. I'm so lucky that Terry Carlton answered my call and carefully explained the services his company could provide. He took care of everything without me being there and by the time I moved in, the cabling and internet was ready! He was so responsive, attentive and calming during what was one of the most stressful times of my life, moving my office and home from out of state. Also, the work performed in my office was meticulous. Jennifer Jenkins walked us through the telephone system setup and she was so kind and responsive as well. I'm extremely grateful and highly recommend NTI Technologies.

When I phoned for help with an equipment issue, Jennifer treated me like a valued client, and she made me feel that she genuinely cared about getting me the help our business needed. In an age when customer service skills are almost nonexistent at so many businesses, it was a pleasure to experience Jennifer's stellar attitude. Her kindness and effort to help me, gave me the reassurance that my problem would be taken care of, and although I wasn't seeing her in person, I felt I was truly getting service with a smile!
