The manager Jennifer was EXTREMELY NICE AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL while I shopped in the store! I’ll definitely go back for the products but for her customer service as well!!

Overrall it was a good experience as Jennifer in the vitamins helped me find and explain how it works. Then there was man marquis ( might have spelled it wrong). He was very rude and was talking really bad to me and others about Jennifer in vitamins and trying to make himself look good, but he is lazy from what I saw and very unprofessional and it is discouraging when you are trying to shop and have to hear people talk bad about their fellow employees. Other than that the meat and produce is wonderful

Really happy to see the supplement department getting a new consistent stock and clean up.
Spoke with Jennifer in the department and she was very welcoming and helpful. Asked about what I was looking for and suggested other items in the area I was researching supplements for. Keep it up! I didn’t like having to go other places for supplements. I’ll continue to check here first now that I can see the big change of product and availability.

The organic vegetables are very fresh. I was happy to see a few sugar free foods. I do wish they had more. They sell my favorite protein for weight loss and lots of vitamins and minerals. I really enjoyed shopping here.

This store needs to do better with who they hire at the register. There are two employees there that are lacking good customer service and efficiency at register. Had bad service and experience with employee Denise in the evening. She has a bad attitude, is not helpful and is very slow at scanning and bagging. Same with young man with afro and glasses. Asked if there was an item in back stock. He didn’t bother to check, he just told me they were out and he was very slow at scanning and bagging too. There is no management in the evening. I’m guessing thats why these two don’t care about having a long line of frustrated people.

First time here. Fell completely in love with their products. Upper scale. This place puts S***t's, W*******d's, Et**y's well, let's just say you can't get the quality there that they have here on the shelf!😇

I recently visited the Natural Grocers store in Casa Linda Plaza, 9440 Garland Rd, Suite 150; Dallas, TX 75218. I was seeking an Iron Supplement my doctor had recommended I take to help with my red cell anemia. He suggested 65mg of Ferrous Sulfate. Joshua was a tremendous help. He couldn't find any product labeled Ferrous Sulfate so he went to the file cabinet containing sheets on products and pulled the sheet labeled (FE) Iron. It described 4-5 iron supplements from the easiest on the digestive tract to the harshest on the digestive tract. Ferrous Sulfate was the harshest on the digestive tract. He then studied the labels of many iron supplement products and found one that contained 50mg of Ferrous Sulfate. Had I not had Joshua's help, I would have left with no product.
