Terrible customer service for the mens department. Crazy to think people who work for commissions are the ones who act entitled! No wonder the company filed bankruptcy.

Ongoing issues with orders. Ordered a dress and it didn’t even have the belt. They never pick up their phone for curb side ordering or the phone in general to get anyone is hard. You literally have to go in person to get anything done. However when I went in person to purchase a purse the sales guy was too busy on his phone plying with some app or ordering food. So I left and went to Nordstroms. Nordstroms answers their phones and you can actually make a return over the phone for an online order.

Poor customer service when ordering online. Package held for 3 days. Even told at one point that it would be delivered on Christmas. Then told don’t know. And they hung up when asked of they care.Lesson. Go to the store. Lesson 2, not NM.Nothing but a bunch of lip service. Better to have nothing at all.

Never shopping here again. Purchased over $3000 during the gift card event and they didn’t send me the right gift card amount. Downright lying and false advertisement. They will find every excuse to not honor it. Also, there is absolutely nothing you can do about it since they go through a third party. Whenever you shop a promotional event - take pictures of everything g!!! Horrible experience.

I have to let you all know how fantastic Petra Bradshaw & Ayala Jesus are. I had my wedding in a week and they were super great to work with in having my tuxedo ready for me and everyone on board. I would totally trust Mrs. Petre & Mr. Ayala all over again they knew what looked best and took care of me very very well. Do ask to be serviced by them they will take great care of you as well!

Well I found everything and needed so the selection was great. And if you go for quality as the main component of value, not cost, there is great value to be had at NM. As for the service, as per usual at a department store, I got white-ladied again. I was standing in line behind the customer being checked out. In the meantime a white lady came to the counter and spoke to the cashier as she was finishing up the customer was front of me, they obviously knew each other as they addressed each other by name. When she finally finished ringing up the customer ahead she f me, she turned to her friend and said what can I help you with, and never acknowledged me. Luckily for the merchandise, the friend told her, she was here first. Hey sales lady! I'm Black, not transparent! Anyway since the friend didn't take advantage, I didn't knock over any tables of merchandise! Come on y'all , it's 2023 and you still playing oh I didn't know who was next games? Really?!

Try calling a dept.. like say womens fragrances.You won`t get them.If you leave your ph# for automated call back..won`t happen.you can fight all you want with maybe an ans svc out of USA and never get help.I miss the old hometown Neimans.

For a “luxury retailer” they have no idea how the customer experience should go. I’ve had two orders with Neiman’s that were dumpster fires to manage. One they canceled for unavailability which I then walked into the store and purchased and another has taken almost a week and still no fulfillment information. Each customer service rep has a different answer and no one knows what a luxury experience should be. Unimpressed is a word that I use frequently when describing my two experiences here.
