I had an excellent experience at the New Balance store. The inventory was impressive, and the staff was both cool and attentive, making the visit enjoyable. I originally went online looking for the 990s (the classic “dad standing at the grill” sneaker), but everywhere showed them as out of stock. After ankle reconstruction surgery four months ago, finding the right fit and stability is crucial for me. When I tried on the 990s in-store, I was thrilled with the support and stability they provided. To my surprise, they had the shoe in stock—even though online said otherwise—and I was able to grab my second pair. Huge win! Highly recommend checking the store in person if you’re searching for something specific.

I bought a pair of running shoes, and I am absolutely obsessed with them! The lady who helped me was kind and attentive and gave me her best opinion! She was very knowledgeable about the different types of sneakers and she suggested the perfect pair for me. Highly recommend this new balance store.

Love this store! I’ve been buying running shoes, and casual sneakers here for years. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. I recently received an email saying it had been 6 months since I bought some running shoes, and it may be time for a new pair. I initially thought, funny sales tactic, but took a good look at the shoes, and sure enough, the outsoles worn down, and they weren’t as cushioned as they once were. I popped in after looking at new colors online, we double checked my fit, and while they didn’t have the color in stock, the had it shipped to me from another store, arriving just 2 days later. Customer service here is tops, and the shoes are the best! Cheers!

New Balance 880s are my favorite walking and running shoe. I feel as if I am walking on clouds. They have the perfect fit for me and I never experienced any rubbing or chafing, even when I buy a brand new pair. I do not even need to try them on. I walk straight up to the cash register and provide my name and they pull up my purchase history which includes my size and then the always friendly and efficient staff only need to ask me what color I want. I love the store and I love the shoes.
