Like everyone I waited with anticipation for months to see the new NIKE store. Only to be disappointed! It’s much smaller and compact than the original location which was sprawled out with much more inventory on the floor and each sport had its own section. An employee told me there’s much more storage space in the back, but what good is that when customers can’t see what you have? The original store stood out with eye candy as soon as you walked in, this new store doesn’t give you the same excitement. I understand it’s supposed to be some sort of new concept store but they sacrificed a lot of the ambience of walking into and shopping at NIKE. Sometimes change is necessary, but it’s not always good. I’m sure a lot of time and thought went into this but they missed the mark on this one. Im not the only one who’s been “let down,” I’ve heard other people voice the same sentiment.

Store full of dummies. Nobody knows anything about a shoe drop today. Asked 3 people and they were clueless. Then when someone that knows what they are doing finally helps me they tell me I can’t try on the shoe. How do I know which size to buy if I can’t try on the shoe? They just lost a sale. Phil Knight would be disappointed in this location.

The worst customer service. I went in with my kiddo to get him new shoes. It took a minute to even figure out who was working there. A young woman asked if we needed any help. She was initially nice and offered to bring the style shoe he wanted out in a different color since his size wasn't avail. She said she'd order it if we liked it. She handed him the shoe and walked off and we never saw her again. The rest of the employees were huddled at the register not even acknowledging the other customers. Even my 13 yo son could tell the service was awful.

I was so happy that a new and improved Nike store has re-opened in Dallas. On my recent October 2023 visit I was able to buy matching his & hers Air Jordan 1's in the traditional black, white, and red colors with the amazing help of Steven in the shoe sales section. I recently bought shoes in Europe and was sad to return to the US and feel our sneaker stores are pathetic, if a sneaker store is even available! However, the Nike store restored my faith in the US flagship sneaker store. It was even worth dealing with the mall parking lot anxiety to be able to have a great in-store experience and leave with stylish kicks that I know fit and do not change color depending on my computer monitor settings. Thank you Steven and thank you Nike for a commitment to bricks and mortar shoe shopping destinations.

The customer service is awful, I asked If someone can help me to get a specific size of the shirt I need, and all I heard from Associate is “go find it downstairs”, (didn’t even showed me where it’s located) lol. Everyone thinks they are cool and stuff, the other day I asked for help to bring me out the size I need, and the associate just walked past me and didn’t even respond. Half of the employees should get fired for not knowing how to customer servicing their consumers, I’ve been shopping at Nike all around the Texas and never experienced this bad customer service.

Poor customer service. Drove to 25 minutes there to make a return. An associate at the store said they were closed. The time was 8:03. I asked him what time do they close and he said 8:00. I asked if I could make a quick return. He said no. I checked the google maps app and Nike app to confirm they closed at 9:00 but they wouldn’t let me in.

VERY POOR SERVICE. Sales people just standing around chatting it up with each other while I’m waiting to be helped. Waited a few minutes before I had to interrupt the gossip to get a shoe size. The salesman said it would be out shortly and 5 min later nothing came out. I just left out of frustration. No one cares in there. All i got was a hello and goodbye. I do not recommend.

After visiting the Miami Nike store this store was eeehhh. The ppl were really helpful and friendly. I was not as impressed with the layout of the store. The downstairs was really spacious while the upstairs felt crowded. Overall it’s a nice store for those that have not been out of Texas.

I just visited the new 2 stories store (relocated and remodeled) and what disappointing. Now you also have to wait on the long line to get in because the employees cannot hold many customers at the same time. We didn’t have this issue in the old store. I was waiting for more than a year to visit this location and I felt very unsatisfied. The new location is super small than the original one even with the 2 floors, the merchandise over price and limited. I know it’s a nice concept because all the Nike stores are changing the design and layout to look modern but in reality is not. Please Nike, if you read this, please change back to the Nike’s old style that the former store used to have and bring better merchandise. Thank you

Went to the relocated store at north park mall and had terrible service from Ashleig. I asked her for some shoes size and she answered right away “we don’t have them” without checking the system and with attitude. I checked my NIKE APP and found out that they have them in the store so I went back to her to let her know . She said “that availability in the app is not the same as the one in our system” so I asked can you check and she did it and still with attitude saying no we don’t have them. I talked to the store manager Aston and she just apologize. Obviously they don’t care about customers. She definitely ruined my shopping moment.

Order confirmation says it takes about 2 hrs to process an order and an email is sent when ready for pickup. I submitted my order at 10:37am and called 3xs until 2:37pm to check on its readiness. The first call around 12:49pm I was told that it was in queue and they were working on it. Second call, I was told I would have to wait for an email. On my last call, I finally informed the staff person on the phone that I was having my husband pick up the order and was just waiting for confirmation to give him the go ahead before he had to go to work since I was stuck at work and needed my order before the end of day (since we were heading out of town later on). I was told my order was 2nd in line and it'd be ready in about 15-20mins. I called my husband and told him to head to the Nike North Park store bc it was a 30min drive for him. When he got there, it was 3:38pm. My husband called and informed me that my order WAS NOT EVEN PULLED YET so he was still waiting.. That is over 5 HOURS AFTER I ORDERED. Maybe change the expected timeframe? Why say orders are ready 2 hours after ordering? Today was NOT a holiday. I paid for the shoes online. How hard is it to pull them and put them off to the side for pickup??? Did they have to MAKE the shoes? Never again going to use this location if you're on a time limit!

The store is temporarily closed. I would’ve saved myself a trip if this Google page was updated. It says opening soon, but no date indicated.

This store is closed frequently, for entire days, during the normal business hours and on weekends. Ridiculous and inconvenient to their loyal customers. Imagine driving all the way to the mall, grabbing your shoes that you are returning, walking into the mall to discover that Nike is closed.
