Only giving 2 star because of Farhana. I believe she needs to be coached on customer service. She barely acknowledged my presence when I was the only one in line. Nor did she speak to me at all during my time being assisted with her. She literally has a mean look on her face. Everyone else is so pleasant as soon as you walk in but her.

Fine place for storing your money, but don’t expect much else. Tellers are usually kind but if they’re busy and you want to go inside for something you’re going to have to wait. Drive through is fast and efficient but like I said their service is nothing special.

Terrible. I walked all the way into this branch location to get a direct deposit form and to bring my checking account into the positive again after talking to Liagel yesterday. Simultaneously once I got back home from walking back, my mom calls to let me know that she put $50 into my checking account (not sure which location she was at). Then I was asked if I wanted to keep my checking account open after walking all that way and all for nothing? Hell no! With their screw up, I should be offered to have my business with them remain open ended. After all, I was in the process of applying for a credit card with a small balance and still ended up being empty handed with no direct deposit form. Not the way to do business.

Called this bank asking a question to Donald the head of mortgage department. He threw a fit on the phone and was upset and appalled at my questions. I have never been treated so rudely before. I will never recommend this bank because of this interaction. Telling all my family and friends in Texas what happened. Not sure where his southern hospitality was but it sure was not anywhere near him.

I’ve been a costumer for 10+ years and they never fail to help me. Everything is so easy to manage with them. I can do almost everything from my phone. Very kind and professional.

over 17 years and for the first time I had my debit card falsly debited by someone and disputed with Shane and he closed this account number and romised to issue a new card and to get a new one would take 7 to 10 days the next day the charge still appeared on my account so I called Shane back and he informed me it would take 7 to 10 days to receive a credit so I asked to speak to the manager and was xfered to a lady who said the Manager was out of the office and that in talking to the computer room they at best could do it by the the end of the week ...this bank has has rude officers and become a disaster beware do not bank there for thetd are many other competitive banks that are service oriented.

I'm very disappointed in the service. The lobby isn't open and they never answer the phone. Shouting through the drive up is the only way to get any help. Karina, was completely unhelpful in resolving my issues.

ATM machine rarely works. Not exaggerating when I guess it is not functioning between 30% and 50% of the time. Worst ATM in the city. And yes, I get it about having to insert the card twice, unlike newer machines. That is not the problem. Most of the time there is a cone in the drive lane. Today, it just said "cannot complete the transaction". Spent $5 in fees at another bank's ATM not 10 min later that, of course, worked. Can't tell you how many times I have driven by and there is someone working on it, it is out of cash or Lord knows what. I am to the point now that I am going to have to start calling the bank to ask if it is working or not before I drive all the way over there. It is that bad.

I’ve been banking at NDBT for over 15 years. They are a great local bank and I live the fact that everyone there knows my name. However, they need to do a little better at the drive through window, it is sometimes very slow. And, keeping up with the technology of other banks is not a priority for them. But, overall, they are a good local bank and it’s nice to have the personal attention these days. I would recommend them and hope they continue to thrive.

Had a really bad customer service here, I'd never bank here for that reason. I had an appintment for 3 and i showed up 9mins late and Shelly asked me to come back the next day before the branch closed at 4 and the service i need would take an hour requiring her to stay an extra 9mins to help me

This is without a doubt THE best bank ever... personal, hometown service. They do banking the way banking used to be done. In 2006, I relocated to Dallas from halfway across the country and these great folks made sure my financial transition was perfectly smooth. The employees at this Addison location are amazing; Baharak and John T go above and beyond what is necessary to get the job done. They even love on my puppy when we go in to visit! Countless times I've called needing assistance and they never disappoint. A few years back, my debit card number was stolen. They were absolutely wonderful at immediately resolving my issue. If you are dissatisfied with or just a number at your current bank, please stop in and see the difference at NORTH DALLAS BANK!!! Thank you, friends, for being THE BEST!
