Steph Gezzard. (Probably misspelled last name. She s on Preston Rd. Dallas,TX.) Has the BEST customer service and work ethic I ve seen in many yrs. I, myself have been in cs more than 50 yrs. The detailed time she took with me was AMAZING!! Solved MANY issues. I was very impressed. My elderly mother even calls her personally. Could do a better job. This banks dallas location has lost $1000 of my money. A financial institution with only a call center and no way to reach the actual branch is ridiculous. I have been in a state of limbo for almost a week due to their incompetence and look forward to terminating my account once this is resolved.

Jared and his team at United Texas Bank are incredibly helpful, authentic and understand what good customer service is all about. It’s nice to get back to community banking as all of the national chains continue to close and ignore what customer service is all about. Kudos to United Texas Bank.

I just want whoever is in charge to know that Janette in your Irving office is a god send. She is the most customer service oriented person I have ever worked with. She goes above and beyond to help in any way she possibly can and if she cant get it done, she gets you to the person who can. She's a true champion for your clients and deserves to be recognized.

I have been a Customer for over 17 years and for the first time I had my debit card compromised and falsly debited by someone and I disputed the charge with CSR Shane because my personal banker had left He closed this account number and promised to issue a new card which would take 7 to 10 days and stop the illegal charge. The next day the charge still appeared on my account, so I called Shane back and he informed me it would take 7 to 10 days to receive a credit, " wow" so I asked to speak to the branch manager and was xfered to a lady who said the Manager was out of the office and that in talking to their computer room they at best could credit my account by the the end of the week ...this bank has changed to having rude officers and become a disaster beware do not bank there for their are many other competing banks that are service oriented.

I'm very disappointed in the service. The lobby isn't open and they never answer the phone. Shouting through the drive up is the only way to get any help. Karina, was completely unhelpful in resolving my issues.

ATM machine rarely works. Not exaggerating when I guess it is not functioning between 30% and 50% of the time. Worst ATM in the city. And yes, I get it about having to insert the card twice, unlike newer machines. That is not the problem. Most of the time there is a cone in the drive lane. Today, it just said "cannot complete the transaction". Spent $5 in fees at another bank's ATM not 10 min later that, of course, worked. Can't tell you how many times I have driven by and there is someone working on it, it is out of cash or Lord knows what. I am to the point now that I am going to have to start calling the bank to ask if it is working or not before I drive all the way over there. It is that bad.

We have had nothing but positive experiences with North Dallas Bank & Trust. They have been in the area for years and are huge supporters of the local communities. I am not sure people realize just how much they do here locally. Finding a bank that invests in the local community is a rare commodity lately. With all of the large corporate takeovers, its nice to see them hanging tough and doing great things!

Had a really bad customer service here, I'd never bank here for that reason. I had an appintment for 3 and i showed up 9mins late and Shelly asked me to come back the next day before the branch closed at 4 and the service i need would take an hour requiring her to stay an extra 9mins to help me
