Weird experience, won't go back.I used a credit card to pay the attendant asked for my driver’s license, (which I was ok with) but then he wrote the number down, said it was to avoid credit card fraud. I use credit cards everywhere and no one is writing my DL down. Makes you question what are they doing with your information. This place had very limited stock, limited me how many I could purchase on cigars (more weirdness), to many other better shops around to go back to this one. Search googles for smoke shops.

Awesome service every time! This is my go to smoke shop due to pricing and consistency. What I don't understand is why Google feels the need to list this business as LGBT friendly? Are other customer service oriented businesses actively discriminating against this group? Just more ridiculous caterings to a obnoxiously vocal minority.

My boyfriend and I went in to get a battery for our cart and right when we walk in, the girl working there(who had her mask down btw)said "what can I help y'all with?" In the worst attitude ever but we just ignored it and kept looking and she said it again. It was like we were being rushed. When we asked for a cart, she suggested the cheapest one and when my boyfriend suggested a more higher priced one, she said "that one is $32". We chose the cheapest one anyways and before we even reached the register, she said the price. I don't know what stick the girl has shoved up her you know what. But maybe she should get a job not working with people, like maybe just work from home you know?

I go to my favorite smoke shop. My favorite employee no longer there. Got yelled at by boss for calling cops on loiterer that threatened her and customers. Said loiterer came back and threw heavy item at window showing that he was following up on his threat to cause harm to employee and store. Shame on you Puff & stuff smoke shop. If you don't value your employees, I can't value my neighborhood store. Bye Felicia!!!!

The lady that works here is always there when i visit. She is super cool, really awesome, very well knowledgeable about Everything In the store that I'm aware of, not to mention she's extremely helpful. She manages to fix my vape, recommend helpful tips, and done so by giving me affordable options. Keep up the good work!

Ladies! Don't go here!!!! The staff is absolutely disgusting & made me feel uncomfortable the second I walked in. I believe I spoke with a Spencer & a manager with curly hair. Neither were helpful & didn't take my questions seriously; slipping in flirtatious comments when they could. Super unnecessary & made me feel very uncomfortable. I did NOT have a good experience here & will be taking my business elsewhere!

Staff was friendly but the prices are a scam. They charge $45 for a juul and $60 for a starter kit. Anywhere else those go for $10 and $15. Just go somewhere else

The customer service is horrible!!! They want to knock around your glass and expect you to pay, if they break it and they only want to give you a tiny bag to put it in!!! Very unsatisfied!!! Definitely recommend another shop!!! Also way too expensive you can get cheaper glass that's better than there!!!

Went in last night to get my first vape. Thought I was getting a good deal and all that. Come to find out the vape I bought for $48 can be found LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE FOR $30! I feel cheated and taken advantage of! Was told to keep my receipt and bring it back if I had any problems. But the receipt and website both say no refunds. So I guess I’m stuck.

these 5 starts are for Ryan! We came in to get a piece but he accidentally sold me the wrong one i noticed right when i got in the car(still in the parking lot haven't even left or turned on the car nor did i use the piece or put it on my bong). So I turned back and told them what happen. Ryan was working with me trying to find the right piece. He didn't have anything in the same price range so i then asked for the cheapest bong they had and the one they had was roughly 50 and to get a right size piece was also roughly 50. So we had a little thing going but his coworker said no and there is nothing we can do about my situation. Ryan then suggested to come back tomorrow and try to talk to the "manager". Then later his coworker replied saying "to be honest I don't think he's going to do anything about it". Ryan did his best to find something for us and surely he did!! He was super sweet probably the customer service i've ever had. But honestly they need to fix there return policy because i've gone to other smoke shops and had something similar situation happen and they had no problem exchange my piece.
