I was in the middle of a 1300mi roadtrip while towing when my Range Rover threw a performance restricted fault. The team at North Texas British quickly found the problem and had me on the road within a few hours & I continued with no hassle. Im not from Dallas but will definitely recommend their shop.

Really enjoyed my experience at North Texas British today. Went in for an oil change and had it completed in just a few hours. No frills business, straight to the point, honest, and reliable. Could have easily gone to the Land Rover dealership but I wanted to establish a relationship with this facility. So glad I did. Will definitely come back for all myLand Rover needs and make referrals. Thank you Joe for dealing with my multiple calls and accommodating me! Thank you Alan for being knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend North Texas British. They are thorough and very good at diagnosing the problem and fixing my Range Rover for a very reasonable price in a very timly manner. I would not let anyone else service my car.Services: Exhaust

I took my Range Rover to a local European car specialist before finding North Texas British. This specialist was great with water pumps, breaks, fuel injectors. However when things got a tad more complicated with Control Module issues I learn a valuable lesson. They misdiagnosed the issue, charged me $6,000 and when it was evident the issue had returned and they had made an error they handed me off to the Rover dealership since the new ECM was "under factory warranty". I literally parked my car for 3 months until I found North Texas British. They fixed it right the first time and it's still running great a couple of years later. These guys know their stuff if you have a Rover out of warranty don't make the mistake I did go to these guys first. Even if you have to wait for an appointment.

I can't say enough good stuff about North Texas British. I appreciate their ability to provide more detailed status updates via text than the Land Rover dealer. They also took the time to explain every part of the installations I was looking to install. The installer and office team went above and beyond to provide an estimate, schedule my installation, and do the installation a day sooner than they said they would.

The most expensive oil change ever! Charged me more than $220 only for an oil change & did not even replace engine air filter nor cabin air filter. I had to get that fixed somewhere else.Service: Oil change

Rudest customer service I have ever encountered. Entered the office area and politely proceeded to greet the owner, after a long pause and he looking at me like I was begging or offering something he stared at me and said “ what do you want? I told him I had purchased a LR Defender 1992 and he quickly and rudely interrupted me and said “we are not taking any more world cars”!! I then attempted again very politely to see if he then would offer his knowledge and could sell me some parts, ideas or even tips for my project, to my discomfort again long face, rudeness and a stare. He then started yelling non sense as I walked out of his shop very sad and disappointed. I was refered to this shop by a famous LR defender girl on Instagram the lives in Dallas, I won’t mention her name for her protection. Drove all the way from Houston, 4 hours to be treated from the owner this way.. What ever happened to manners and fair bussines practices? I would ask readers of this review to please go somewhere else and don’t use this shop. I walked in ready to spend more than 20K on wildwood brakes alone and whatever amount he charges for customer advice on transfer case info. Don’t bring your Rover here you will be dissatisfied on the way in or on the way out. WARNING ⛔️
