I’m very pleased with NorthStar’s service. I have a Nissan Versa which needed a new battery. The battery is bolted for stability and hard to change out. I called North Star & they were at my door within 20 minutes (in the rain). They took the necessary time to correctly exchange my battery. The service rep was very professional & very courteous. In the future, I will always call NorthStar for any roadside issues that may occur. THANK YOU NORTHSTAR

He did his job well. I respect him. He came on time. He came from a distance of 15 minutes. He got my car out of the mud. However, it was an fee of $300. I did not ask for a price before coming. this price is crazy I wish I had. I did not expect it to be this much. Please call and ask for a price.

$195 for a 9 minute Drive 3.1 miles…..calling other companies illegal because they quote lower prices is insane and unprofessional.
