Paula helped me with getting my tire patch and truly helped me find other issues on my truck that I didn’t notice because of my day-to-day. I appreciate the maintenance check up and making sure I was acknowledged walking in. The phone etiquette was very professional. I was going to drive further to my usual location, but Paula at this NTB convinced me to arrive here. Good choice, as they finished ahead of time seem to care about the customer experience.
Thanks a lot y’all! I can see myself coming back and making this spot my new home base for tire and brake needs.

After running a few errands during the morning of a busy day, I found a nail in my tire. With much more to do that afternoon, I called my standby auto shop, NTB, where I purchased the tires. Michael took the call and immediately worked me into the schedule. The tire was patched and rotated within an hour. He saved my weekend. Great experience.
