Tom was invaluable in helping us in the evaluation for my husband’s power chair. I was overwhelmed trying to get the “My Chart” app set up with UTSW and he helped us and was so patient and compassionate throughout the whole process. Very professional

Eric was exceptional! He was professional, friendly and kind. He worked efficiently and did a wonderful job! 5 stars, definitely As for the company, we did not receive an email with a time frame, and I called around 1 pm and there was no answer, so didn't think you were coming.

Will, Bobby and Staff are so amazing & so polite! They promptly assisted us, kept us updated on my daughter's wheelchair, and took the time to train/show us how to work the wheelchair. We definitely recommend Numotion in Dallas.

Contacted Numotion in September of 2023 to get my chair repaired. Tech showed up with parts in October and the wrong parts had been ordered. Tech took my chair to the shop in Dallas and told me it would be a couple weeks and I would have it back. My chair was finally delivered mid February of 2024…
