Came here after having trouble with another storage after having us waiting in the heat with kids for 30 mins . AJ helped us at extra space storage was very professional,communicative and helpful. Made renting a storage very easy and answered all questions to make it very simple and easy . Super considerate with kids in the heat 10/10 experience

All my things were stolen out my storage and it had to be a inside job because people who have a storage unit here know you have to have a code for the gate and a key to open the storage so how were my things stole, they stole it out of there my account was behind they said they had to cut the lock which was in December/January they didn’t call me til April and say they had to change my lock and I was confused to why it took so long and this happened twice and he said every time they have to cut the lock they have to open it up and take a picture they couldnt provide the picture of the first one they cut cause it would’ve shown what all I had in there now all of sudden they can’t find it they told me they could roll the cameras back then when the police come they said they can’t roll the cameras back, THIS WAS A INSIDE JOB!! Don’t rent from them, look at pics of how they said it looked when they opened it you can tell it was went through and they took what they wanted my dressers and mirrors, a brand new bike my sewing machines and circuit machine all my good things, now who in there right mind would be paying $200 to keep a storage and this what it look like I would’ve let it go into auction if this was the case this look like a bunch of trash, I filed a police report but I doubt if it’s help but may God bless y’all cause you can’t do wrong and think you will be blessed apparently y’all needed it more than me but what goes around will come back around and I will be blessed tenfold cause I’m good person a single mom of 3 and people stealing from me and my son was with me he was bout to cry cause he knew his bike, gaming station and everything that was in there he had had been stolen smh DO NOT RENT FROM THEM and they only reason they got all these 5 stars reviews because they ask you do it in the office when you first get a unit so of course it’s 5 stars they help you get in it but don’t stay too long all your things will go missing
