If I could give a zero, I would! I’m so livid! I literally have cried about my baby. Today was Nola’s 1st time at this particular place. I had card issues so a friend paid over the phone and I proceeded to pick Nola up. I was not made aware of what had happened. I gave them freedom to cut her however they see fit, just make sure it’s cute and low. Besides the botched cut job. No one informed me that a blood vessel was ruptured in her eye. I just so happened to see it when we got to the car. All I received was a sorry “she didn’t like getting her nails trimmed and she scratched her eye” I forgot to say because it was paid over the phone. I said can I get a copy of the report? “We don’t have a report ma’am” and that is all! She is almost 3 years old and has had plenty groomings, and this I never heard of before. It looks more like, she was maybe poked in the eye with the trimmers or something. The front desk lady was nice but I feel like something else should have been done or mentioned to me beforehand. 0/10 do not recommend! I’m sooo freaking upset!

The ladies at the front desk always have an attitude, are unprofessional and disrespectful. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. I have never seen such poor customer service at a pet grooming location. You can tell they hate working there, their lives and anyone who walks in. However this was not the worse part of my visits. When I picked up my dog they did not mention anything to me about hurting him. My dog has several cuts around his genitals. I will NEVER bring my dog here again and I advise you to look somewhere else. When picking him up, they refused to let me see my pet unless I paid first. This place does not deserve to still be in business.

I hesitated on bringing my dog here a second time but was leaving out of town and had no other options where they had open appointments. The first time i took my dog there, they told me he was very aggressive and tried to bite his groomer- which was off the bat a red flag for me. I have a cocker/golden mix, he gets groomed VERY frequently and we have never ever had a problem like this, he is not an aggressive dog in any way and has never tried to bite anybody. I let it go that time because my dog seemed to be fine after his groom. The second time (and LAST time) that he got his groom there, I left out of town and was unable to pick him up so my mom did it for me & she automatically called me because he was crying so so much and she thought something was wrong. Later on when he refused to use the restroom and was crying so bad, she examined him and she realized he had a LARGE cut on his *private part* (I debates posting a picture of how bad it looks, but since it’s his privates I will not). Nothing was ever communicated to me or her when she picked up, which is absolutely ridiculous. If my dog is hurt I NEED TO KNOW!! I will NEVER bring my dog here again, he will be going to the vet as soon as I land and if it is anything serious I will be contacting the owners of this place. Either way, if it is just a cut that will heal on its own, why not communicate that with me? Why not let me know “hey this happened, so sorry about that”?? RIDICULOUS and UNPROFESSIONAL!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

First time visit for pup Bella. And they'll did a fabulous job on her. VERY NICE AS WELL. AND THEY'LL stay busy. Great place to get your fur babies groomed and buy them a snack or food. They'll also carry leashes, dog outfits, shampoos, etc. In the ❤️ of Oak Cliff.

I love going here, they are super quick and efficient. My furbaby loves it as well. The only slight complaint I have is they can never remember even with the notes exactly how I like his hair cut and more times than other it’s a little too short. I should ask for the same groomer but they’ve never provided the name or details. Other than that my baby always smells and looks amazing.

SKIP THIS PLACE!!! Used several times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s always an issue the dog comes back doesn’t even smell groomed. Seems like they wipe them down and just spray them with something. Today my bulldog comes back reeking of urine which he didn’t even smell like before the appointment. He’s an inside dog, potty trained since a puppy, he doesn’t have accidents so I know he didn’t go in covered in urine. He was going in for a routine maintenance wash and came back smelling worse than he went in. I had to then bath him once he got home, I’m not sure if they put them all in shared kennel after these “baths”. Our dog wasn’t there an hour when they called and he was completely dry as if he was never wet to begin with usually he’s still semi damp when we pick him up from other groomers because he hates the dryer & that dog would not be bone dry if he had an actual bath an hour ago. just save your money

I called and made an appointment for Monday morning at 9:30 for my cat, I called to make sure of the time no one picked up the phone, so I looked up their add again and it said th were closed on Mondays ! I've been calling all morning because I really wanted to get my cat in, still no body answers the phone! I wouldn't give them a one star rating if I had to !

Lily has been going here for a couple of years, on a regular basis. I'm pleased with the service she receives. They have been consistent with quality service. They are very accommodating with my schedule. The same groomer has been there for at least a couple of years, and he's is worth the tip for the service he provides. He's great at calming down frightened dogs. I think he's a dog whisper. And now I bring my daughters dog.

On Saturday, Nov. 26, 2022 I took my schnauzer to Oak Clips Pet Boutique & Grooming- Oak Cliff location. I dropped him off at 12:30 not think that something would be wrong. They say that they would call me 2-3 hours when he was ready. When I didn’t receive a call by 5 in the evening, I called them to see if he was ready. I was told that they were short a groomer and that they were currently grooming him. At 5:30 I get the call he is ready. When I picked him, they walked him out and we noticed that he was limping and not putting much weight on his front paw. We had not even made it out the door, when we noticed and this asked what had happened since he was fine when we dropped him off. The front counter girl said that she didn’t see anything in the system, when I asked questions like “did he fall off the grooming table?” “Did an accident occur with another dog” “if something happen when he was bathed?” She answered that she didn’t know and the groomer had left already put that they would give me a call the next day. Once I got home I noticed that Charlie would even let us touch his paw and got cried when we tried to get close to him. That had never happen before. We took him to Dallas Animal Urgent Care and were seen by the Dr. Roberts. She said that he had a sprained paw, likely caused by Charlie being hit or falling somewhere and hurt his paw. Sunday afternoon, I still had not gotten a call from Oak Clips Pet Boutique & Grooming, when I called to speak with them they said that the manager/owner is not available to speak with me and that they would take down my information. As a business they should be track of any accidents that occur and notify the dog owners. I still have not received a call, and they are not even acknowledging me when I call and ask to speak with some one.

ZERO STARS!!!!They beat the dogs and then don’t want to pay the vet bills!! DO NOT BRING UR FUR BABIES IF U REALLY LOVE THEM!! THEY WILL ABUSE THEM! Rather they fall off the table, get hit or clip the skin in such a bad way to where it bleeds and rashes. Just don’t use this place

I was a regular customer for several years bringing my senior cat for grooming. It has become clear that the quality and customer service has changed drastically. On our last visit my cat came home with a limp and was not okay for weeks. When I contacted the business I was told that “she came in like that” and that “it wasn’t their priority”. From that day forward I have not taken her there. And I would caution others to not take their sweet pets there as they clearly have an aggressive person grooming pets.

My dog has not been the same since grooming at this place. His back legs are swollen and he limps. The person at the front desk indicated that my dog had a bloody nose during grooming. Which has never happened to him in his 10+ years of life. I suspect these people hurt my dog during an attempt to groom him. I called and left a voice mail for the owner to get an explanation of what happened.
