Do not do not do not order business cards here ! My cards showed up a day late , making my managers disappointed. the person I talked to on the phone said he would be able to give me some type of discount or store credit for the late delivery. However when I showed up and talked to the store manager Denard , he said he did not WANT to give me a store credit or a discount. With the lack or customer service and professionalism I will not be using their services or coming back to the Office Depot chain for any of my business needs .

Would have been one star but the employee was friendly and polite. I’ve been needing to get some pages bound for several months now. Office Depot seems like the correct place for this task? I reviewed on their website awhile back and there’s about 8 options. The employee was asking me if I knew of the options and I was confused because I thought that was his job? He kept telling me to do it online but I already had the pages printed. It seems he is not properly trained because not sure why I would have more answers than him. I went to Staples after and did not feel like an idiot as they knew immediately what to do. Efficient and no hassle.

JJ was VERY helpful and cheerful this morning. OD had exactly the sort of odd sized Avery labels I needed and the purchase was easy and quick, even tho JJ (very kindly) had to look up my school’s tax exempt account number. Love that they open at 8…VERY good for a teacher!!

In this place there is a very rude woman, not to say racist. I asked for help and I spent more than an hour in this place and they did not want to help. On top of that, they went to the office 4 times and I left without my ID. The woman's name is Sharon. Very bad service.

Only ever have one printer working and will look right over you waiting in line to help others that just walk up.

The person named Sharon is very rude to the clients, she was speaking rudely to us, she looked angry and stressed, she also spoke badly to the boy who was with her, they should assign her to another area where she does not have direct contact with the clients, where the Managers who don't pay attention to that, very bad service.

As I arrived to Office Depot I had a lot of business I had to take care of as I walked in the door I met a lady named Jennifer she assisted me in all the projects I had to accomplish for that day not once not twice but three times. Jennifer remembered my name and was very helpful. I would recommend this location. Jennifer, you're outstanding! Thank you.
