Manager BK was working tonight 3/18 and had amazing service and attitude. So many people and handled it all so well even though he was understaffed. We don’t have many Office Depot in the area and would like to get the respect as a consumer to have full staff available. Not the managers fault at all he was spectacular!

Went to print out some things, they only had one printer working out of 5. I waited 30 minutes only for that lone printer to not work. Horrible.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received at Office Depot today. I waited over 15 minutes for assistance with the self-service machines, Ash ignored me after asking if I was in the correct line for self service. When I finally approached Ash for help, she completely ignored me and walked away without even addressing my question. She helped multiple people who checked in after I did, I’m wondering if it was a race issue. I asked if I checked in correctly and again she ignored me. This lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t have to go out of their way to chase down help, especially for something as simple as guidance with a self-service machine. I expected much better service and left feeling frustrated and unvalued as a customer.

Probably the worse print service establishment I’ve ever been to. Self service is always down which led me to print & copy employee. Literally waited in line for an hour and a half. Only one person working. Can’t blame the employee. But the manager, I will. They need a better system here. Aren’t you guys slowly going out of of business?

My normal printer isn’t available on the weekends and I needed something in a pinch. The guys here called me as soon as there was an issue, got it squared away. Went to pick up my order and cut my finger on a staple—they gave me a bandaid!! Pleased with my experience
