Manager Racially Profiles the Customers
I typically like office depot. But the experience i had at store #88 on Forest Lane in Dallas this week was appalling. I walked in, I was greeted by a man, presumably the store manager, and another associate who was there for training. They asked if i needed help, i said no and walked on to browse.
They went back to the office and he spoke quite loudly in an almost bragging tone and used a lot of profanity I could hear from half way across the store. Profanity in general doesn't bother me, but pretty unprofessional in a retail setting.
10 to 15 minutes later, a young black man entered the store. I notice him as he was about half way to the back of the store and noticed the manager following not too far behind me. The shopper asked the manager if he was going to follow him throughout the whole store, and after noticing me, a white female, asked the manager why he wasn't following me. It was clear that the young black man had been racially profiled by the manager. The conversation became quite loud and volatile. The shoppers anger and offense was justified in my opinion.

I googled that Office Depo could recycle my used HP Printer. Located just up the street from me. Loaded up and drove up to the location. I was told I would have to buy one of their boxes for $20. Must of really thought I was that stupid
The guy told to check BEST BUY. I walk in and they pointed me to that department
No questions or payment made. Now I know where to take my business.

Incapable of performing the simplest task. I needed one copy made and was going to pay cash. I did not want to open an account or use a credit/debit card and have a hold put on it. The guy behind the counter said if he did it, it would cost & 2.50, if I did it 25¢. But I would have to get an Office Depot gift card to use on the machine and the minimum gift card would cost $2. I walked out, leaving the incompetent employees alone, as there were no other customers, now I know why.

Very bad service, the girls serve very poorly, they are on their phone and they do not serve the customer and when they serve, they are in a bad manner

I can see why they're going out of business. I've been here for 20 minutes to buy a chair and no employee has even said hi. (There's at least 3 of employees and the only other 2 customers left.)
Wanted to buy a chair today to take home but I guess I'll go to another store.

That cashier guy Ricky was very happy because a customer left the store upset, anyways it was my fault shopping at Office Depot.

Was waiting for my curbside order, followed the directions online where it only said to click the curbside option, and it asks a few questions about your car so they know how to locate you, waited 10 minutes and nobody came out so I went in. I asked the older lady upfront how the curbside works and why I wasn’t helped out, she said I have to call in order for them to come from my curbside. I told her online it did not state that and she told me “Well it’s kind of common sense, how else would the person know you are here” Uhm maybe common sense would say through the curbside option, like any other company who does curbside? Don’t ever tell me somethings common sense when you’re clearly the one who doesn’t know.

I have placed an order for same day business cards twice on their website and the money is deducted from my account but my order never goes thru. I don't receive a confirmation email, and when I call to check on my cards they don't have an order. This has happened twice and both times the money has been deducted from my account. Will have to look for another alternative place to buy business cards from

Came in last minute, I was Belinda's last customer for the day. She welcomed me, listened to my page layouts, and worked on them. Couldn't get it done(not her fault), but was willing to stay past her clock out time to help! Will come back, thank you!
